Sentencing Disney Villains For Their Crimes ⚖️ PART 4 (Clayton, Yzma, Commander Rourke + More)
We’ve covered the villains of the Disney Renaissance era, so now it’s time to move forward and cover the fiends of the Disney Experimental era! While nowhere near as impactful as the renaissance that came before it or the resurgence that followed, this era, made up of the studio's various films of the 2000s, was nevertheless an important time in their history. With the movies jumping in tone from adventure flicks to buddy comedies, this era has some of the most unique films to come out of the studio, and that uniqueness is also true of the era’s many villains. But of all these villains, which ones will be getting an easy sentence, and which will be wishing they were that lucky?

Will there be follow ups
Hey, don't forget Sabor also killed Kerchak's real son before Tarzan's family even showed up.
@@TWSTDSHDW yeah
correction: "the emperor's new groove" is set in the Inca Empire (South America), not Aztec (Central America/Mexico)
Sentesing disney sequel villains for there crimes
Kronk is too pure. Glad he got a pardon.
In my court, he gets death!
Oh thank God 😭
Any future pardoned villains; Oh yeah, it’s all coming together.
Kronk may be Yzma's Righthand man, But he's really nice when you get to know him, and it's a good thing Kronk is turning over a new leaf.
He indeed is MUCH too pure : )
Clayton: Death by hanging.
Talk about poetry!
Since Clayton hung himself with vines and is one of the more scariest disney villain deaths.
Oh the poetry!
William Cecil Clayton’s Fate From Disney’s Tarzan: Hanged By The Vines… Natural Death.
Don't forget, Sabor murdered Kerchak and Kala's baby son as well as Tarzan's parents. So that means she's got THREE counts of murder under her metaphorical belt.
plus attempted murder of baby tarzan and grown tarzan though that could be argued self defense
@@legofan6559 I am not sure if we can judge Sabor by our morals since she is a predator and has to kill to eat.
@@leebulger7112 But she didn't eat Tarzan's parents, did she? She left their bodies to rot in a corner of the treehouse after she killed them.
@@finnover9781 That probably means she killed them recently and hasn't eaten them yet otherwise Tarzan would have died from hunger in a days. Even if Sabor didn't eat them she might have felt threatened by them.
Sabor isn’t exactly able to be charged, he/she is a *leopard* and not a human.
However if Sabor was say zoo leopard, his death probably would be being put down for killing people
scroop's death has to be one of the weirdest since he died from ''falling'' but he's going up into his own grim demise
Yeah, but it's also one of the most terrifying, when you think about it.
With Kronk you could argue that he is not guilty by reason of insanity, as he’s not the brightest character, clearly doesn’t have the same malicious intent as Yzma, and literally sees and hears different versions of himself.
The insanity defence is actually quite hard to use. Since it requires the defendant to be not only mentally ill but psychotic. (Mental illness meaning having a psychological or psychiatric disorder and psychosis meaning pervasive difficulty in distinguishing between what is or isn’t real.) And the psychosis has to be so severe that the defendant cannot be legitimately regarded as being in control of his own actions. Since Kronk explicitly says “the poison. The poison for Kuzco. That we’re using specifically to kill Kuzco. Kuzco’s poison. That poison?” he was aware of the fact that he was engaged in attempted murder.
@@matityaloran9157 yeah, and I’m not saying it would work necessarily, just that there’s definitely something off mentally about him.
@@laprankster3264 That is definitely true.
Small Correction, The Emperor's New Groove takes place in the Incan empire, not Aztec.
Frank Welker, Jim Cummings, Cree Summer, Jim Carrey, Rob Paulsen, Greg Cipes Characters! Good to Evil!
Please please do me a favor and do a video on Danganrompa squid games!! I would really appreciate it if the binge channels listened to my suggestions like everyone else.
@@emoji3266 Don't you spread this to anyone else?
@@marcusyates3044
Only *_NEARLY EVERYONE ELSE._*
Charlie Adler - Good to Evil as well
It's funny because Frank Welker played both ends of the spectrum for most good (Scooby Doo) to most evil (most incarnations of Megatron from Transformers).
Once detail you missed on sabor is that he also killed Kala & Kerchac's first child as well. So that mattress him a child killer too.
I like how he looks into the characters and there past, how they act, and what they do. Instead of just going you die, you die, you die, you die, you brutally go to the world down under and stuff.
Rourke is perhaps the best villain in Disney. He’s a straight up menace.
Rourke really reminds me of Clayton (like you mentioned) within changing throughout the movie. But, there’s another villain that kinda resembles rourke too: Ratcliffe from Pocahontas.
Both were pretty much trying to kill the person in leadership (Rourke successed though), and both were encouraging their crew to become criminals.
Rourke is a very underrated villain tbh, and has such a great writing. We also got pretty much a tiny spoiler while watching the movie.
When Whitmore crosses his fingers after the Ulysses is released in the sea, it pretty much explains that he doesn’t trust the mission leader (Rourke) with this. Wasn’t sure.
Also Crystalized rourke is pretty much the actual scene where Rourke shows his “true colors”.
A fierce monster inside.
Rourke definitely deserves a punishment like that. His fate was too good for him. By that, I mean it's too swift and humane for him. He got turned into a crystal and shattered to pieces. That's too good considering what he did.
Sorry for being so late but I think the transformation in crystal would be extremely painful. The final blow seemed painless and humane but what came before definitely wasn’t.
@@d1kgaws12 True
1:01 just some things to point out about Sabor’s gender for a fact that according to the read along story book Sabor is a leopardess (female leopard) and on an interesting note in the Tarzan books by Edgar Rice Boroughs the Mangani had their own language such as Sabor means lioness for you see the film makers changed Sabor from a lioness to a leopard due to the fact lions are never found in jungles.
Even though lions are called "king of the jungle"?
@@DavidRay39 They should more appropriately be called "king of the savannah".
One of Jumba's crimes is Grand Theft Auto by stealing a Boeing 747-400
3:20 The Emperor’s New Groove is set in THE INCAN EMPIRE!!!
As he has the title of Commander, unless he's retired, Rourke faces both a Criminal Trial and a Court Martial
Disney Villains Plans: Dumb to Brilliant
Oh my gosh I love this series! As soon as I saw yzma on the thumbnail I got excited! P.S I love all your videos, and can you do a Disney sequels movies best to worst?
The worst:
the three part series movies
Hunchback of Notre Dam 2
Pochahontas 2: Journey to a new world
The best:
Cinderella 3: Twist in time
Lion King sequels
@@emoji3266definitely!
Kronk is far too lovable to be evil.
The gorilla that Clayton killed was leader, that’s is insane
For the last time Clayton is a clown! He’s insanely cruel towards animals! He’s just- Wait. That’s it! Instead of hanging the guy we could torment him the way he tormented animals with guns and whips. The point is that instead of hanging him for karma. He should actually get a taste of his own medicine because hello!? karma is basically when u get a punishment for something bad. Let’s be honest he should probably feel more pain with guns and whips then the hang man’s job. He needs a slow painful and traumatizing death and a warming to all animal abusers of what happens if u hurt animals.
Regicide!!
Scroop's punishment, death by exposure after being cast out into the Etherium. Ohhh wait. That's probably about what happened in canon.
It's more like he died of starvation.
@@1992disney Also possible. Dehydration, starvation, exposure, heart attack from panicking about his hopeless situation, eaten by a giant space monster. Too many possibilities and not enough information about the conditions in the Etherium or his species.
@@chaossin7425 True.
He could have suffocated in space.
@@TransformersFan1991 Not really because the movie's version of space is breathable since it has atmosphere.
With all the damage he caused and how harsh the other sentences were, I think Stitch should've gotten a much harsher sentence. Also, he may have been acting on Yzma's orders, but Kronk was the one who carried out the attempted murders on Kuzco. And he did so knowingly and willfully, making him guilty of attempted regicide. Oh, and Kuzco didn't go through with his plans of building over a village, so that shouldn't be on there.
He only didn’t go through with that plan because he got turned into a llama shortly after he even made that plan to begin with. That being said, given Kuzco is an emperor, I not only believe he wouldn’t have counted it either, but the sentence if anything would be an impeachment rather than going to prison.
Also, I forgot about this earlier, but Stitch would have a government official on his side with Cobra. I don’t know how much he would be able to do, but in a situation where Stitch would have to stand trial, Cobra would be able to testify on Stitch’s behalf to lighten the sentence.
9:06: I honestly thought his inmate number would've had a reference to his empirement number; 626.
Pretty sure you can't put a wild animal like a jaguar on trial.
additional charges for Clayton would be mutiny of the ship, and false inprisonment of Jane, her father, and Tarzan.
Clayton’s Men, The Captain (Maybe), Kerchak, The Baboons & Their Baby: Manu Would Also Be Charged For Their Crimes Along With The Incan Palace Guards Once Under Kuzco’s Rule Now Yzma’s Wrinkly Iron Fisted Orders.
So a few things.
1. Sabor is a leopard, counting as a wild animal. As such, she is only acting upon feral instinct and cannot be charged with murder in those cases. Even killing the gorilla child wouldn’t be murder because it is just something that happens in the wild.
2. I know someone said this already, but Kuzco and Yzma are Incan, not Aztec. Also, Kuzco would probably just pardon himself as he is the emperor. If charged and convicted under American law, then his punishment would most likely be removal from power via impeachment.
3. I think the sequel as well as the tv show pinpoints what the best punishment would be for Stitch. Since he goes on to help Lilo find where the other 625 experiments belong, it would be as if he were a serving a long sentencing of community service. With that in mind, that is the sentence I think he should be given.
623
Can't forget, if Gantu almost destroyed Lilo, that's child endangerment.
Wouldn't yzma not only get treason but attempted regicide, cause she tried to kill a king
She has also tries to kill Pacha and threatens to burn Pacha’s house down
Doubt that would really change her sentence, anyway.
@@kittysmak1799 fair point, probably just how she was executed
Yes, but like someone else pointed out, it wouldn’t have changed her sentence anyway since she was already given death to begin with.
Am I the only one who would've given Kuzco and possibly Stitch community service? Also, Sabor was female, I'm not sure I found Clayton (who's first name is William, which you failed to mention) all that charming and expanding on your point about Silver admonishing Scroop, Silver didn't want to start the mutiny until the treasure was in their hands (or claws or whatever they all had). Captain Amelia also mentioned that she would see it that the pirates would hang for their actions, which was how pirates were executed in historic times (and they're on a different planet to Earth).
I would also have given Stitch community service. Ironically, I think that’s exactly what Stitch does with Lilo after the first movie and into the TV series by helping her find where the other experiments belonged, but hey, I’ve been wrong before.
Great video. Could you cover Amos Slade in a future video? Also, what about the Golden Age movies?
7:41, what about reckless driving, breaking and entering and reckless endangerment?
Cartoon psychopaths least to most evil-
Standard Villainy😡: Willy Wonka.
Villainous Society🤬: Chris McClain.
Pure Evil😈: The Joker.
@@goddessbettyd5614 But Willy Wonka isn’t a cartoon?
um...Emperor's New Groove is set in the Inca Empire not the Aztec course you'd be right on the form of execution both states used.
Is that racist?
@@emoji3266 I honestly don’t know.
@@emoji3266 kinda the opposite, he's just saying the facts on which empire it took place in. It's a simple correction nothing more, though it's not far off as both empires were formed from similar cultures so the two are often mistaken for each other
@Emo ji, I don’t think that Wicked Binge was being racist by saying that, I think they just made a geographic mistake. (Cusco is in Peru which was part of the Inca Empire rather than the Aztec).
depending on the lenght of the fall, hanging would be a milder execution method. hanging have three outcome, either the rope is so short the fall dont break you neck so you end up chocking to death, the rope have the correct lenght and your neck would snap (probably a lot faster of a death than poisen gas) or the rope is so long that your body get enough speed to rip your head of your body. in clintons fall in the movie that would have been the outcome. depending on the gas it might not have been to bad, but some of the gases used would have been realy painfull.
Wouldn't Silver stealing the map be more of a grand larceny charge?
Other than that great vid :P
Could you also cover sentecing the villains from the sequels and tv spin offs, such as Dr Hamsterviel from the 'Lilo & Stitch' sequels and tv series?
Long John Silver: what about reckless endangerment causing damage or destruction to property? (Okay, so I can't remember if it's Silver who knocked over the burner that burned down the inn or one of his crew, but it was pretty careless...and he could've killed someone if Jim, Sarah, and Doppler couldn't get out)
I'm glad you pardoned Kronk because he's too pure to be the villain.
While I’ve never watched the Emperor’s New Groove, I didn’t realize Kronk begins the movie as one of the main antagonists!
This is a great video, I really love it.
I personally think you were too harsh on Jumba. Yes he did break into the house to capture Stitch, but he wasn't trying to kill him, though it just lead to him, and Stitch fighting causing property damage. Later he redeemed, and became a hero. I'd say giving him a sentence to community service would've been better in my opinion. He was already put in jail for creating Stitch in the beginning of the film, and his other creations. Also the guy didn't seem to appear that threatening, and was rather chill.💜💙👽👨🏻⚖️
The only one of these that doesn’t make sense to me is Sabor the leopard, it’s an animal; it’s gonna do what it’s gonna do. That’s like giving the death penalty to every shark that attacks people.
Imagine they bring in Jaws to stand court and the judge be like “Jaws, how do you plead”
@@markwilson4078 jaws: *bites down on his own lawyer*
Actually, Sabor was a female leopard
How would you know?
@@emoji3266 because, growing up I had the audio book of Disney’s Tarzan and Sabor was described as a female leopard in it
so we just gonna forget that jim was arrested at the beginning of the film? ok
but seriously i luv this series ❤
Not really. He wasn't in handcuffs or anything. He was just brought home and his solar-surfer was likely confiscated by the robo-cops. But the warning Jim got that if he had any more run-ins with the law, he'd surely end up spending the rest of his youth at juvie hall 'til he turned twenty-one. He was even on probation.

Wait wait wait.. you forgot the first crimes Silver and crew committed in the film: second degree murder for the death of Billy Bones, then breaking and entering and destruction of property for the destruction of the Benbow Inn.
Good point
And escaping from custody is also a crime Silver commits at the end of the movie
@@matityaloran9157 Jim helps him get away, though.
@@1992disney Yeah but Jim doesn’t actually have the authority to do that. Jim also committed a crime by doing that. (Not that that it wasn’t a good ending to the movie but it’s still aiding and abetting).
I'd say that Billy Bones' demise was involuntary because Silver and his crew were only trying to stop Bones from escaping with the map. I'm pretty sure that if they did manage to catch up to him, they'd just steal Bones' chest containing the map and spare him. So I don't think that killing him was actually intentional, per say. Also, Silver and his crew destroyed the inn by committing not only vandalism, but arson as well.
This video misses so many crimes. Stitch for example: (1) starts with a prison break; (2) grand theft auto stealing a weaponized space ship; (3) knocks Myrtle over to the ground and steals her trike; (4) commits sexual assault on the old lady in the hotel; (5) assaults people on the beach after getting his photo taken; (6) assaults Pleakly at the luau by biting his head; (7) endangers Lilo by smashing her house with a car; (8) steals a diesel truck and blows it up.
Those are felony crimes…
My movie ideas for part 5:
Snow White
Tangled
Princess And The Frog
Alice in Wonderland
You forgot regicide for Rourke.
Also please don't forget Capt. Flint in pt. 2.
True!
I really would like to see this channel take on sentencing Dreamworks villains.
Same
I'm actually going to make the argument that in Kuzco's case, he cannot abuse his power if you're going by the standards of his day. He was royalty. He didn't make the law, he WAS the law. So sadly he would have gotten away with it, deserved or not.
That and he’s debatably less of a criminal than everyone in this video.
One of the worst things Stitch did was not Property Damage, but Murder; he killed Lilo's only other friend, a goldfish, by throwing him to seagulls.
That was from a deleted scene, though. So that doesn't count.
@@1992disney I'm happy they took that scene out

Awesome video!!! Also i agree wirh all of this exept for Saber, as she is not shown to be sentient what so ever, we see the Gorillas, Elephants, and Giraffes talk, but not this kitty cat, afterall leopards have killed Gorillas and other primates in real life on Multiple occasions, in fact there is fossil evodence that Dinofelis (I think is a leopard Relative) hunted early humans known as homanids, so my sentance for Sabre is nothing
Gantu couldve gone off a little easier seeing as the grand councilwoman specifically gave him the order to kill stitch if jumba couldnt do so
I'm pretty sure Sabor is (A) female, and (B) already dead by the time Tarzan grows up. Leopards live on average 12-17 years, and at least twenty years pass from Tarzan's babyhood to adulthood. Yeah, I know she's seen fighting (and getting killed by) Tarzan, but it's not realistic. That's one criticism I have with Tarzan. There's no magic at all, but it's far from realistic (forget that there's talking animals; that's beside the point). There's no way Sabor would have been still alive.
