Love it. In north india we call it dal ke parathe and if we deep fry it then its called a kachori. We have this with kaddu (pumpkin) ki sabzi

@chefdevanofficial it's kinda fascinating how we have such similar things being thiusands of miles away. In Mauritius dal puri is enjoyed with some chutney, achar, and beans curry. Oh, and they speak Creole too, the french Creole lol. ❤
