Had a Feylock who was Fey-lost. In the feywild for a day gone for a decade. His glamorous life was in shambles upon is return. His fancy house now a dilapidated ruin. My fellow player at session zero, “Can I play a Druid who’s been squatting at your house?” Perfect.
What a good setup
My party is about to face a demilich in the city of ythryn wish us luck
Party hasn’t even gotten to Xardorok yet. Hope you don’t end up with a party of nothics
Good luck! Don’t die!
My party just reached Xardorok … but we’ll be headed this way, eventually!
Now I want to create a homebrew magical item, the Shield of Tomorrow. Possibly with counterparts: the Sword of Yesterday and the Staff of Now.
For a little alliteration, how about...
Yew staff of Yesterday
Nickel-plate sword of Now
Tangled thorn shield of Tomorrow
@@texasbeast239 I like the alliteration though "Shield of Tomorrow" is a nod to Amy and Bonnie. It was group of people including them playing the current Star Trek RPG. It kept popping in my head as they were talking. The fact Bonnie is on Star Trek: Prodigy is super cool.
love the Mystery mine rollercoaster.
gives flashbacks at the D&D Cartoon :D
I love the map for the Witchlight Carnival. Hope they do more like it in the future.
Thank God nobody had coffee before the show..... great show ..
I was working on some lines for the Gnome poet, and came up with a limerick I’m pretty proud of. It follows the proper rhyme scheme and pattern of two unstressed syllables for every one stressed syllable. Feel free to use if you like.
The GREATest of BARDS in the LAND,
CHALLenged the KIDS in the STAND,
His CRY went unANSWERED,
ExcEPT by one MAN turd,
His MOUTH round the THUMB of his HAND.
Well, guess it's time to pull out something from yee old 3.5 days.
The "Ugly Fairy Brigade" motto "Not all fae are beautiful."
As a whole they disagree with the Unseelie. But are shunned from the Seelie Court. So they walk in the shadows between the two courts.
It was more for the rp. But actually took shape in game and became something overall positive.
Are there any good books on fae from 3.5 I remember some like ireanbruen
@@valkondarvalakev6377 well I made the ugly fairy brigade in a campaign I was in. Lol but yea yea are smattering all over 3.5
And something's can be used for fea
Witchlight hand ... I get to play out my clown barbarian dreams 🤡
I seem to remember a story about a cobbler's son being fey lost after playing a board game....
Fey Lost sounds so great! Fits one of my OC’s perfectly, very Spirited Away.
Will we get a Domains Of Delight source-book?
All future guests must have real life experience breathing fire!
The Hall of Reflections, that would be amazing in a story centered campaign
I'm so excited to play a Feylost character who escaped as a child but must now return as an adult to face their past
On this episode, "Fantasy Poetry Battle".
Octennial - occurring every 8 years.
I wanted to leave a like on the video but there's 69 likes and changing that wouldn't be... nice.
Snail. Racing.
This module looks amazing and I'd love to run it. I saw the alternative cover in my local geek retreat!
One thing I would emphasize is that if there are performing creatures, they are at the carnival on their own accord and aren't personal property. Not a fan of irl circuses because of the way the animals are treated. To me it's not different to animal slavery.
There could be a side quest where certain performers are indeed slaves and you work with your party to expose and ridicule the Slaver.
still sad that fairy are not tiny :(
I'd gladly take penalties to my Strength or Con to get a tiny character.
@@adarkerstormishere an area in the carnival contains a potion. The book names the tiny penalty as “Until the effect ends, the Tiny character has disadvantage on Strength checks and Strength saving throws, and the character’s weapons deal 2d4 less damage (this change can’t reduce the damage below 1).” I don’t see why a DM couldn’t offer it as a perma ability, though costs and weights would likely get complicated XD but hey, it’s magic.
@@gzer0x well for weight you can divide your carry com to be by 10 like getting one size larger sense small dosnt so 20 str far could lift 3 pounds lol or you know go look at the 3.5 charts for strength instead
@@dicorockhimself that low of a number just feels like it is hobbling such a PC tho. Small PCs don’t carry less in 5e, just they can’t use “heavy” weapons. Tiny Monsters in 5e only have carry capacity reduced by half.
@@gzer0x well if their carry capacity is halted in 5e you have answer
