My college professor assigned us to watch this video. But honestly, it helped me and idk how to feel about that lmao. Awesome job on explaining so well!
what makes this design unique is that they are using plants to explain how things change based on what or how you provide somthing for the design. I think that this design was used because it easy to see what has changed in the expirement.
Alex Koning, thank you! I use this in my Master level research methods course - so many of my students haven't had to think about variables since middle school - so again, thank you - you have created a valuable tool for MANY grade levels!
At 2:20 you have INDEPEDENT VARIABLE. I think you meant "indepeNdent variable". Wish it was fixed so I could use it with my students! Other than misspelled words, this is really, really great.
The auto-generated captions are a good beginning to getting captioning on your video, but it's not enough. Can you please go in and clean up the captioning? I would like to access videos like these, but the auto-captions are challenging to understand (and I can't share with other students with hearing loss).
*independent variable* : the thing we change. *dependent variable* : the thing we are trying to measure. *controlled* : the thing we dont change in either experiment. saved you from 8 mins of cringe.
Hey Alex Koning I need help on experimental variables please help me because I have a teacher named Mrs. Deighton and we are learning this so I need you to help me figure out a worksheet that I have to do because I got a 20 on it so I need more help on it so I was wondering if you can do another video like this but instead make it like 8th grade level so yeah thank you bye !
