I've been driving the 472s for a couple of days now here are my first impressions of the route.

This route has about 19-22 buses on it and every bus manages to be packed😂

Great video!!! 472 is the worst route when it comes to service 😂😂 I've seen like 4 472s all going in the same direction either a stop apart or all together

Hi mate love watching your videos. Especially for new drivers like me. I just passed my test a month ago and now I'm driving on my own for a month. I had to start with 5 routes at the beginning. Later they'll train on 4 or 5 more they've told me. But I'm enjoying my job atm. Goodluck with more videos mate. Keep it coming 👍

I could imagine the 472 not being the best of routes to drive

About 2 weeks ago, there were (no word of a lie) 6 472s at Plumstead Garage together at once heading to Thamesmead. That’s what you call a frequent service. And there wasn’t even any traffic!

Take your 5minutes. Then ask your controller, when you should leave.
If you don’t take them, they’ll take them away.

What’s a head way service?

A bus route that has 5 or more buses an hour it’s about keeping an even gap between the buses instead of keeping to a timetable because there are so many per hour it reduces the risk of too many buses running together

You dont like the 472's?? Theres a good chance for a nice old 09, 11 and 12 plates.

Yeah but you get all of them on the 422s and 96s which are much better routes
