That beautiful massive sound that can only be accomplished when the musicians are perfectly in time with one another. Masterful. Hard to believe that three acoustic instruments sound so huge.
I wish the large diaphragm condenser microphone had been placed higher so as to capture the sound of their voices and not more of the instrumental blend since each of those had a dedicated small diaphragm pointed at it, would have made the reulting mix sound better than this sounds. However that is no fault of the Bros., and I am only pointing it out because I am a real jerk.
No I was thinking the exact same thing - great performance but vocals are too low compared to guitars. If they're using a 2-track Zoom well.... not a lot of tracks to play with unless there's a mulitrack mixer before that? Zoom makes a sweet 8 channel mixer/recorder we have used for live recordings on tour, perfect for this kind of stuff - around $300 new (just sayin) www.guitarcenter.com/Zoom/R8-8-Track-SD-Recorder-Sampler-USB-Interface-1303337805197.gc?cntry=us&source=4WWRWXGP&gclid=CjwKCAiAqOriBRAfEiwAEb9oXQwRHK4co0XxB8UfB2096KhHE9SAZQlRq15IZ3WaXuH5JTnBTv_EaxoCLOQQAvD_BwE
This for me is the best version of this song. Love everything Bros Landreth but miss this line up, Joey and Ariel together were spectacular 🙂
I really wish yall wold do an acoustic album, cause this was sick.
This band has no weak links. Awesomeness across the boards.
Hard to choose between this and the trio with Meg and Roman, though. Harmonies are stonger with the latter, in my opinion.
Wonderful performance! They're really channeling some L. George era Little Feat here.
WOW I Wish I had Joey's brother's hair it is amazing!!!
That's great stuff, total Little Feat vibe. They always had it but this is really strong. Ariel's solo at the end of that tune is out of this world.
I knew a little feat fan would nail it. Totally has a Little Feat vibe.
Can't stop watching this video! Those Bros. know their swaggering roots-blues!
Sensational combo with Ariel too ❤❤❤❤
Man oh man, this is beautiful. Real Little Feat vibe on this one!
great to hear that good ole country soul. Bravo..
I like this version better than the album cut. Sweet tune!
01:36 that extra umph Joey gives it on sing. umph

How would anyone give Joey Landreth a thumbs down???
Great is the word to describe the Brothers Landreth !
Thanks for this! That's music with soul...
Now this is some good stuff. Talent off the charts. Those guitars and bass sound fantastic, and the vocals are on point. Groovy.
Lost count of how many times I've already watched this.... totally astounding
Glad to see the Bros playing together... lucky us.
How sweet is this!
JR from the 416

What tuning are they playing in?
I bet they're great on long car trips.
Does anybody know the tuning?
Are these fellows related to Sonny Landreth

Heres the two guys on left from Mb never heard of..apparently well known..me like..
Floored
Actually kinda prefer them acoustic...those two acoustics have a nicely complementary tone
Are you joking me???
Dave Grohl on bass
