Final Project, Mikeslessons.com Drum Camp 2012 - 7/8 Play-along

Last week, I was in Sacramento California, attending a Drum Camp with Mike Johnston, which simply put was the best week ever. Getting to meet Mike, who has been my drum instructor for about a year and a half now, was incredibly cool, and all the other campers that were attending were really great people too! I got to meet a lot of drummers from all over the world, and made a bunch of new friends!
By the end of the camp, we were to record a 'final project', in which we were to choose a drumless song or track and play drums to it. I chose a play-along (with no name, apparently) made by Tony Windle, mainly because I think it's a really cool and catchy track, but also because it is in 7/8, which is something I don't play too often.
The kit used in this video is Mike's Gretsch USA Custom kit and Meinl cymbals of different lines. Just getting to play this monster of a drum kit was awesome ...
