Yours is great advice. These types of relaxation techniques are even more effective when one keeps vertical skeletal alignment paired with an open channel of breath to optimize oxygen and equilibrium, like a singer, juggling skills. Even as an adult, your skeletal/muscle system will conform in due time. [ also learn to use a metronome].

Your 5 exercises I watched a few months ago has helped me greatly. Now found you again, will follow up on more of your teachings.
In the mean time, your exercise have helped me greatly especially with left handed playing Horns in Bartok's Bluebeard's Castle leaving my right hand free for banging out timpani on a Mashine MPC. LOL
Quite intimidating to try and flesh-out a large sound with a 4 piece ensemble comprising of Violin, Cello, Piano and me on keyboards and a MPC.

I'm retired but I've been having this question about; finding diffculty to adjust from weighted keyboard to semi weighted keyboard. [once you switch from heavy to lighter keys it slips very often. And as commercial keyboardist we have to use both types]. ANY TIPS FOR THAT?
