Essentials and when I watch demos on UA-cam it looks simple Until I go to try things myself 😱 I really need to know how is the most efficient way to design and send to my machine files (Singer Futura XL 580) which I keep in Documents! I bought Thumbnailer and find it so useful too! Please please keep up these short videos teaching us newby’s how to do it right!! Xx
This is a video I should have watched over one year ago when I was looking for essential videos. I know it might be difficult but if you and Brian could put each level of videos together. All essential, Alpha tricks, enthusiast, level 1, level 2, level 3. It is very hard to search around and try to find videos or help on just essentials or level 1. they are all mixed up and very hard find. Thanks for the great learning video today
I just retired and after owning Embrilliance for many years, never used it much. I now have all the modules up to Stitch Artist 3. Thank you for all the videos, they are awesome. Little by little, I am learning this great program. I just watched this video and wondered when I click on the part of a color, the rest of the design does not fade like yours so I struggle with trying to see it? Is there a setting in "view" that I should change. Thanks so much Lisa and I hope your Dad is improving. Have a wonderful holiday.

Cos you have increased the design in size,how do I make sure it fits in the correct size hoop? That part I am unsure of. If you and click on fit to hoop,how do I know what size hoop it will be,I was expecting you to go to the hoop sizes before you finished. Please can you advise me? Your videos are amazing and have taught me so much about Embrilliance essiantialls. Thank you so much.
@Ann Parry I believe, if memory serves me correctly, you hit edit > preferences > hoop size and you can adjust your hoop size that way. It’s been a couple of weeks since I’ve been in the program, but if that’s not it, click the tabs at the top and look for the word preferences 😊
Yes that is the purpose of going to New view. Verify and change what you want before you save the stitch file with a new name so as not to overwrite the original.
I wish I could easily do the color sort in StitchArtist 2. When I Create, Design, Combine Designs and then Create, Auto Seq by Color, it does not work at all. Not sure why though. The colors do not group.
@@Amocreardesigns color sorting of stitch files is an Essentials function. StitchArtist is digitizing. Here is a list of all the functions of StitchArtist www.Embrilliance.com/stitchartist
I just checked my Essentials, no Flare Serif font and checked for updates, says it is up to date. Do I just need to give it a little time and check for update again? I have update set to auto.

You may need to turn on ghost mode in your view menu. More info on controls for the preferences in the manual.

Before saving but after color sorting, is it a good plan to watch the stitching order in case we want to reorder to avoid long jumpstitches?

Update button ck does nothing. You need to do go to the new update online and download it manually and then install.
You can wait until the update is "pushed" by the server to get a notification OR you can get the update from our website under downloads
there is no dots on here.
