I have RA and I used to run and skate all the time and now I can barely walk to the bathroom so this is exciting. It’s like those chair workouts on PBS in the 90s but for my generation
I just found & I must say I’m so happy I did!! I’m almost 500 lbs and as you can imagine I have very little mobility. I have looked at sooooo many different vids/ppl that claim anyone can do it that had no clue or idea what it’s like to be this size & trying to change it but can’t do a lot of the things they “modified “. I’m not downing them at all, some just don’t get it or put themselves in the other persons shoes. BUT! You have! I just did this video. I know 5 mins or less doesn’t sound like much but IT WAS FOR ME! I was able to do the whole thing twice & feel great that I have finally found you & you are amazing! Thank you!!!

I seen your live on TikTok on 4-21-2022. I'm ecstatic this is an answer prayer I have been working really hard to bring down my a1c and my weight. I got covid last year and I went backwards a little bit. Now trying to work on it again. This is an answer prayer. I'm type 2 diabetic. Have some issues with my spine. Static nerve messes with me at time on the right side hip, buttock going down the leg. Thank you ❤️

As long as it's a heavy duty folding chair. All folding chairs aren't created equally. Honestly you can use a dinning chair. Just as long it will hold up to a whole lot of moving
