Amazing tips as always Adriana! The overly narcissistic boss is not so fun, they think they are always right and can be quit manipulative. The boss who is a true leader, you can tell them your perspective in a respectful manner and if you genuinely want what is best for the company they will at least hear you out.
This is very true, Clifford. The boss who truly values the ideas and opinions of their team members for the betterment of the company will be interested in hearing an alternative opinion. Regardless, many people can still find this an intimidating situation to approach. Thanks for watching and for adding your ideas on how to disagree with your boss! Cheers.

last tip - know when to look for a new job or stand up for yourself. Your bosses idea could be pure 💩 but since corporations are not democracies you have to go along with it. Some of these managers will try and put the blame on you when it backfires. Hold them accountable. If you don't you will end up getting the PIP anyway, may as well go with some dignity
Just say that you currently don't have the capacity to focus on the project... You'd appreciate it if more team members can be looped in to provide insights.

Play the neutral role. Examine how they see it. Then provide your stances. Also be prepared to bail. Bosses do not like underlings opposing them.
