I'm loving the magnum opus generations. every newer generation of it is getting even faster and looking better. for me its as special as the bugo on this channel
Instead of removing grip in the front to reduce oversteer by reducing the camber I would suggest either increasing the rear downforce, the rear camber slightly, or the compression on the rear shocks.
damn she look good in a deep red. almost reminds me of a color I actually like a lot. TVR Crimson Starmist.. makes me want to recreate a 1994 TVR Griffith 500 to look less like a jellybean, and have more Jaguar XJ220 styling cues. the XJ220 is a cool looking catfish. but damn does that 90's supercar need a v12 rather than it's piddly V6
you should make vents in the side just behind the doors feeding air to the tyres and engine, also improving airflow over the car, decreasing drag and possibly improving downforce. now you have a lot of vent in the back for air to exit, but nowhere to enter. looks great tho
@automotiveflux I know, that compressed gas gives you more RON to work with, but I will recommend you to try methane and nitromethane. I actually could do 2600+ hp inline 6 engine with nitromethane. Since in real life this fuel gives you more oxygen for an engine it maybe the way to get more horsepower. I do not know it's works like this for real in Automation, but I still recommend trying it.
10:33 yes the bigger the turbo the longer it takes to spool up the more turbo lag you have the more undriveable a car is. Also the fuel u use actually matters now so you might wanna look if racing fuel helps. Also KEEP THE FRONT SPLITTER/WING LOOKS DOPE!!!!
If you made this in real life or did an air tunnel simulation it would probably have a ton of front lift. There would be high pressure in it and it wouldn't stay above the wing and would push the geound instead of sucking. Or it would work but inefficiently because the air would be turbulent and wouldn't properly be able to use the elements and only one of maybe 2 elements would make any downforce
Hey Mr. Auto, there is an Arcade style handling mod where it limits the steering to peek of grip similar to forza, makes it easier to drive on controllers and keyboards Im advertising lol its such a good mod fr
The thing is, a car that's actually designed to be fast needs a good balance. This car has way too much power and way too much weight to actually be fast. It could be cool to make a car that has high horsepower in a more realistic range. I guarantee a car that's similar to this but half the weight and 25% of the horsepower would be much, much faster!
I love the design of the front but the rear lights dont match with the front ones. The sides still feel empty but I also cant really think of a solution other than just slap a vent there
its looking like a le mans one seater got a baby with a Pagani Huayra roadster! Tbh I am not at all convinced by the F1 thing, but except that, its really good!
what kind of version of automation have you ? i dont have these many options to fine tune the motor or Ai tune and i dont have the options for the chassie to hide things and this stuff . i wonder how you do this .
FLUX have you ever thought about making a formula one car? If that is possible it would be so cool to see a crazy strong engine with mad downforce ripping around the track
Ay pro tip, your front, side, and rear ground clearance should be at the same level. Your diffuser is way to high, and the side skirts are just a tad high as well. Plus, I'm not a fan of the front wing. But it's not my car or design so I can't complain about that.
I made a 1560HP I think it was car that was so powerful it was awesome but I never got to dial it in enough due to my Laptop at the time making it's hard drive self destructing all that data. It was Nascar styled I think.

Useful tip for stupidly high downforce builds:
Use hydropneumatic springs. They will keep the car from bottoming out at high speeds
nice tip
Perfect for my Pikes Peak car
Thanks!
I was just watching the other videos of the magnum opus from v1 then v2, v3 and the carbon edition and then 5 minutes ago autoflux drops this big fan
“Unless I pull off some ridiculous nonsense”
*proceeds to pull off ridiculous nonsense*
*still passes the line first*

Great video btw 👌🏼
I'm loving the magnum opus generations. every newer generation of it is getting even faster and looking better. for me its as special as the bugo on this channel
if you reduce the front camber to like -1 as opposed to -2.5 it can really help with oversteer issues and allow you to put larger tires up front
Instead of removing grip in the front to reduce oversteer by reducing the camber I would suggest either increasing the rear downforce, the rear camber slightly, or the compression on the rear shocks.
Might be your best build, but I can‘t get over the F1 Wing as a splitter 😅
“unless i pull off some ridiculous nonsense” *slams him into the wall 😭😭😂😂
I really love how the in-line 6 pulls
The F1 wing isnt that ridiculous, reminds me of the Valkyrie. You should try to do one of these F1 inspired racecars like the Valkyrie or the AMG One
40:48 ' idk if its just me, but it really looks like a lego car from behind and from the front💀 '
front end looks awesome, looks like a real world type car. preeetty cool
What I'm getting is 3 versions of the magnum opus wasn't enough and I also get the feeling it won't stop with version4
Each one will be more magnum than the last, and - dare I say it - more opus as well.
Came out looking great! Glad I watched the whole video.
Btw If you were wondering what LNG stands for, it stands for Liquefied natural gas.
probably tour best build yet. not loving those lights, but the rest of it is on fleek man
"Fleek" please get help
The back needs work
A fun fact. Nitromethane makes more power than compressed gas despite it having less RON. It is hard to tune for but can make a lot of power
"I knew I had to start from somewhere, otherwise this was gonna go nowhere"
-Automotiveflux, 2023
FunFact: i tried to AI Tune a Turbochaged engine and it actually worked. it even tuned the Turbos really well
"I guess it's better to have bigger than smaller in this case I guess" 13:58

I think this is by far the best looking one so far
Im having problems with doing the dash board. Could you give a list of "Must have" mods for someone just starting out? Love the vids, man. Keep it up!
I use deltas mod amalgamation
@automotiveflux
I know, that compressed gas gives you more RON to work with, but I will recommend you to try methane and nitromethane. I actually could do 2600+ hp inline 6 engine with nitromethane. That looks really good.
Great vid man, idk how I haven’t seen you!! And thanks for the time stamps most people wouldn’t do that for the watch time!!
the power curve across the rpm being nice and fat and juicy and thick is honestly more important than the power itself.

the mag of the num, the O
man i really enjoy your content, and i'm glad you're continuing with the magnum opus, it's always a lot of fun
Front end looks like the Mach 6 very dope looking car!
The magnum opus continues !!!
You could put vents in that empty space right behind the front wheels; I've always thought of doing that, but I'm not sure if it'll work properly
I'm sure it's possible, I don't have the patience to get them to sit right lol
@@automotiveflux
Lol understandable

Prototype Supercar needs to be your next showcase.
This looks both italian and american at the same time and it's actually pretty cool
20:50
Its got T-Tops
This is gonna be good
Make a time attack car with a normal looking base. Your Pagani like car is definitely an improvement showing how you design these cars.
your channel is adorable

Maybe the next variant will be a lightweight edition...
L6 twin turbo middle engine hypercar is a clever idea

more power on the front 75F/25R helps that he do no wheelys any more plus handling is better . thrust me
Should definitely make a facelift/v2 of the carbon edition?
You need to do the next magnum opus with Fillman
what kind of version of automation have you ? i dont have these many options to fine tune the motor or Ai tune and i dont have the options for the chassie to hide things and this stuff . i wonder how you do this .
Alpha
You should have went withe cinque look for the roof, but idk if the game would allow you to morph it into an air vent
This car has so many versions. Make a sedan version:)
Shorten stroke, widen bore. Enjoy high rpm
LNG Is liquified natural gas. Which is interesting!
It needs a central snorkel intake in line with the spine
Automotiveflux i love your Videos ❤ I have one question can you put your Automation Cars on the Beam ng forums page ?
Id love to see a 72' Camaro build!!!
you have to use nitro methane for fuel you make SOOOO much more power you could've been in the 4 digits like nothing!
FLUX have you ever thought about making a formula one car? If that is possible it would be so cool to see a crazy strong engine with mad downforce ripping around the track
I'm pretty sure he made one in the last month or so with a huge power v10
Should I get automation bc it looks sooo good
it's time for the magnum opus v5
When superchargers are out yes
How do you have all those extra options for engine customization?

Plus, I'm not a fan of the front wing. But it's not my car or design so I can't complain about that.
Oh also, should've added vents on the side like the actual Laferrari. Or any rear engine super car. Otherwise, this is my favorite
It's difficult to keep control of this car when you don't have a sim wheel.
Jimmy better drive this
BODGE - I DON'TCARE-A-VAN 😂
magnesium opes.
the front end went from classic and elegant to doodoo
I made a 1560HP I think it was car that was so powerful it was awesome but I never got to dial it in enough due to my Laptop at the time making it's hard drive self destructing all that data. It was Nascar styled I think.
We just gonna ignore tha fact he has a car named "Wheellyspin1 - LungCancer 2.0"?!
FINALLY!!!
This thing is gorgeous. I want it in real life please. And a download link😌😉
It looks like a zonda mixed with a laferrari
is it magnum opuses, or magnum oppai?
Asking the right questions
wait can someone explain the spectra badge for me i haven’t watched as much the last year or so
Will there be a 5? And that front light, do you have an alternative? Might even be better 👀
There will be a 5 next year, there is always room for improvement
@@automotiveflux true
the back of the opus 3 need some love
well looks like something from Pagani
I really think it would’ve been cooler to go with an In-line 8
Not possible in game
@@automotiveflux really? They still haven’t added em? I haven’t played in probably a year and I thought they were being added soon way back then
Bro just set a 7.7 with a popped rear tire in a RWD car
this isn’t your magnum opus, the bugo is
I agree
Can you weld two engines together?
Unfortunately not
You need bigger mirrors
Nitromethane gives way more power
the engine is built with the cummins ideology lmao
i know that if i had several million dollars, i would take a laferrari and magnum opus-ify it for you
I would appreciate that
I have a 12000hp 10L v16 if you want it
LNG fuel in a small engine, seems a bit extreme. Mabye try making lots of power off of a massive diesel running on jet juel?
No diesel or jet fuel unfortunately
@@automotiveflux what about A very low RPM and cam profile, high compression engine running on Av gas?
gta 5 ahh car
RB27? lol
If Ferrari made the laferrari cooler and then made a really fast gt3/gt2 car
Why are the automation cars not allowed to have working doors and iterior when colab with beamNG 🧐😮💨😒
What turbo video you speaking about🤨
The official Automation tutorial, check out their UA-cam channel
@@automotiveflux never knew they had one, dats crazy
The Automation devs put out two videos about how to tune engines, one for NA engines and another one for turbos. Worth the watch.
Hows everyone doing today?
Good, and you?
imagine if it had fog lights 🤣
That engine runs on propane
Early squad
yea
100%
my Vortex Lightning v16 5000 Awd would easily beat the Magnum Opus
11:56 750Nm @ 2500RPM - 1750Nm @ 3200RPM
13:23 now it's 2000Nm @ 3500RPM
I see no problems there.
It's a bugo on roids lol
