*NBA Jam is a 2-on-2 basketball video game series based on the National Basketball Association (NBA), developed and published by Midway for arcades in 1993. It was one of the first sports games to feature NBA-licensed teams and players, while the famous Tim Kitzrow was used for in-game announcer. The game found popularity with its photorealistic digitized graphics, over-the-top presentation and exaggerated style of two-on-two basketball play and soon released by Acclaim to the Super NES (SNES), Sega Megadrive/Genesis, Sega Game Gear, Nintendo Game Boy, Sega CD, Sega 32X, Atari Jaguar, Sega Saturn, and Sony PlayStation. The game spawned a number of sequels and spin-offs, including NBA Jam Tournament Edition, College Slam, and NBA Hang Time.*

I bought this game for my Megadrive back in the day, I spent hundreds of hours with my friends with it in 4 players mode (with 4 pad adapter). Amazing game, very fun. There was a trick with an special button combination in the menu to hack the game and obtain special power during the whole game, crazy and insanity fun.
