    Absolutely! Who doesn’t love being treated well as a customer? Great service really can make all the difference and create a lasting impression. It’s amazing to see that consumers now prioritize customer service above all else when choosing where to shop or do business. It just goes to show that a positive experience can turn a one-time customer into a loyal advocate.

    customer service is bad today because corporations have grown too big and have this too big to fail mentality. They forget that us happy customers allow them to become empires.

      Respectfully the customer has gotten a lot worse too. A lot of customer service reps are now psychologist in babysitters

    I liked the film, but could you please let me know the source of all the statistics please. It's very difficult to be able to use this information in an educational context unless you state the sources of all those stats. Many thanks - look forward to hearing from you.

    Interesting video- he states that customer service is now the main reason and factor customers want to do business with a company; however, with the technological advances in the modern day, more and more opportunities for interactive customer service are being substituted with automated A.I. systems. This video is 9 years old, so I wonder what an updated version would look like! This video was pre-Pandemic...

    I completely agree with the importance of customer service, as well as all thee strategies posited here. Quick question though - what are your sources? Some of these graphs seem a little misleading without any contextual evidence.

    too bad corporations think money just grow on trees and someone just picks them up for them to take every week while doing busy work. The desk jockies forget that the customers the pays the company and then the company pays them.

    Most customers will not give praise for good customer service because the customer expects good service right from the start.

    Customers we treat them like Gods. We even override company's policy just to satisfy them. This is the truth behind CS.

      This was great, thanks, been searching for "ron is taught to use a special numbers trick" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Piyoren Incredible Prepotence - (do a google search ) ? It is a great exclusive product for discovering how to boost your memory power minus the headache. Ive heard some great things about it and my brother in law got excellent results with it.

    2. What was the nature of business for which this survey was conducted for example: Call Center, Retail, Telecom, or any other business
