    Thank you for your videos! Just delivered my first baby with less than 10 hrs of labor, no pain medication, and only one small tear that didn’t require stitches! And he was 9lb 6 oz!!! 😅 I attribute my success to your videos and also my labor doula!

    love all your yoga sessions! btw if u say pull your baby in, whenever i do, my belly starts to harden like braxton hicks. is that ok? am i doing it wrong?

    Not really blissful. All workouts require effort.
