  • This is a EASY THROW

The outside trip is super effective at the highest of levels.
I originally learned it watching a couple Russian National Team Members on UA-cam and after practicing it for a couple of years I landed it in the 2020 NAIA National Finals .
The key for this throw is to get your opponent reacting in one direction with a fake , then follow that with the outside trip to the opponents opposite side. Trying to force it will land you on your back ( I.e losing ) so wait for the proper reaction.

    Try it out !

You have the best wrestling for grapplers channel I’ve ever seen. Keep it up, big bro!

Who is not going to square back up? You step deep to that side, I’m swinging with you and you’re ending up on bottom in a head and arm triangle.

Its a good technique for him, but I am with you, I dont like using setup without contact and relying on my opponents reactions too much.
And yeah maybe its BJJ mindset but I dont go active for overhooks, underhook ist always primary choice
