I was thinking this plugged in. Guess not and guess I confused the “power cord” which means the micro usb cord for wifi. So, I guess from what I am reading it will work on the batteries without the wifi but I won’t be able to review on the app then? Also, portion size question: I put it on 1 and 6 pieces of cat food came out. Wouldn’t it be more than that? What is en equivalent portion size for a cup or 1/2 cup?
Does the camera and wifi feeder work with power just from the battery?
do you have any tips if the pet feeder keeps dumping food? I rebooted it already but still does it.

I'll be testing this but Amazon reviews stated this works with Tuya and HomeAssistant has a Tuya integration.

Just figured this out so coming around to let everyone know!
Reach your hand into the bucket and pull up on the bucket edge. The first time I did it took significant force but the rest of the times were pretty easy. I had been trying for at least 30 minutes from the top and it just wasn't budging as well as I was afraid to break it.

how do you switch networks from 5G i only have a 5g internet
If your router supports both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz Wi-Fi, but only one Wi-Fi name can be found on the Wi-Fi search page of your mobile phone, please refer to the following steps:
1. Enter the router’s " "Wireless Settings (Wireless)" page (the access method is usually on the label on the back of the router).
2. Find the 2.4Ghz settings page, change the Wi-Fi name (SSID) to "xxx-2.4G", and save the settings.
3. Find the 5Ghz settings page, change the Wi-Fi name (SSID) to "xxx-5G", and save the settings.
4. After the name change is completed, you can find the two Wi-Fi names "xxx-2.4G" and "xxx-5G" on the Wi-Fi search page of the mobile phone.
Note: Since the Wi-Fi name has been changed, all devices connected to the wireless router need to reconnect to the network. If the password is not changed, the original password will still be used.

Mine won’t connect to WiFi although it’s on 2.4g etc. also the red light keeps flashing
