    I'm 80kg ,5"10 height ,wanted to bulk ,so plz some certified trainer or experience BB tell me that ,this diet is good for me ) 2 scoop whey (50gmprotine), 450gm chick brest(100-110gm protine ) 10 eggs(8white -2 full- 30-35 gm protine ) 1 bowl veggies (fiber source), cashew (fats) , ( roti 3,bread -4-6 ,oats(60gms) rice (two time ) for carbs ) is it good for me for next 5-6 months bulking?

      increase carbs, decrease protein a bit keep it at low end and fats moderate

    I dont even use whey protein .. only natural source of protein are d best for our natural health, stamina , and natural power.. I did use whey and creatine.. I felt changes in my muscles but .. I was losing my natural stamina and power .. dis is reality.. I didn't use my first 2 years in gym .. but when I started taking whey and creatine.. I felt some changes.. seemed good .. but .. there was side effects aside.. so DONT USE ANY WHEY OR OTHER PRODUCTS.. go natural .. work hard .. dts it
