Pvc foam board work great and are much lighter than wood. Great build.

I built my own center console watching your videos especially after they were going to charge me 3k to built mine with the back deck
How thick is the plywood?
I believe I used 1/2” as I was concerned with the weight of it. The cross bracing I used scrap 3/4” I had laying around.
