Pvc foam board work great and are much lighter than wood. Great build.

The only thing I would have done differently is figure out the curvature needed before construction. Other than that well done, thumbs up for sure. Again, good work.

How thick is the plywood?

I believe I used 1/2” as I was concerned with the weight of it. The cross bracing I used scrap 3/4” I had laying around.
