You should do shorts. A quick clip of the part say the dollar is toilet paper would be gold.
For me a physical box turns into a clutter stash... out of sight out of mind.
I have a whiteboard magnetized to the side of my fridge and two colors of markers beside it. I copy my daily list onto it the night before, I also have "sunday" my get to it list on the side of it, and I underline in a contrasting color whatever I'm working on currently until it's completed and erased. Examples: cheese making, and laundry get underlined so I don't forget to com back to them after doing some other chores while waiting to move onto the next step. I can't always rely on my brain to remember what I'm supposed to be doing. The lists can be reordered through the say to make most efficient use of my time, plus my family can look at the list and see what the days goals are and pitch in usefully.
I am really needing this series. I feel overwhelmed some days especially now with the gardens going in.
Me too!!!
Great advice!
Don't forget to complete that Rubik's cube on Sunday 😂
I purchased Clyde's planting guide last year. Great tool.
Always love watching Your shows. The things we have forgotten and the wisdom from our elders is going away a little each day. Once it's gone we can never get it back. Got 7 new chickens. Love the way You talk about Fort Knox.
WHAT?!?! 1400$ absolutely crazy!!!!
I’ve shared with a couple people but most people aren’t interested…
I appreciate it!!!
I’ll join again when I am financially stable…gonna take some time but it’s worth it
Like when you go outside and the longhorns and their calves are in the yard...things come up. #1 rule...latch the gate.
Love Clyde's planner!! It's so helpful!
I have not heard about the magic jack in years
Excellent idea! In our home, we don’t (yet) have a Sunday box, but mom has a traveling crate, like a portable lady’s work basket.
We have five children from infant to teenager; we homeschool, and homestead. It’s hard to fit in daily tasks like list making, mending whatever needs mending, the odd moment to work on knitting, seed organization, etc. Mom takes the little crate from room to room as she works around the house, and can pick up these tasks whenever the opportunity presents itself. Being prepared and organized makes it so much easier to take advantage of a quiet moment between baby naps and toddler adventures.
Now that I am older, the kitchen counter is my Someday pile 😂
I know Clyde and I have his planner. It's a garden gem....
Those books are amazing. So great full you shared the pdfs. I have hard copy in hand and use them almost daily to help family and friends.
I know Clyde and love the planting guide. Used it for several years
Im a list maker if i dont get it done it goes on the new list ...😊 I appreciate all you do ❤
You need to put cigar night in that Sunday box
When and where, brother.
@@Anamericanhomestead I’ll call ya
Just a BTW on the Herbal books, they are excellent resources/tools and somewhere in the Patreon articles Josh links to a family that will print them for you for HALF of what Staples will charge to print them. They are very high quality, although a bit slower than your local print shop.
I'd love to find that link!!
I love the idea and I am going to start using it. I also went to subscribe to Lisa's page. I also got Clyde's Calendar. I saw him on Off Grid with Doug and Stacey.
Oh my goodness!! Am I the first comment!? 😯 Anyway, just wanted to say I'm sad I didn't get to the conference w D&S, Love you all & hope to meet ya some day. I love learning from all your videos! Your content is awesome! Luvya! ✌️🦋🥰🙏🏼🇺🇸🫡
I'm just excited I just got my Clyde's planter guide.
Shalom Zach! Next week it will temporarily be the Monday box. 😎
I'd need a Saturday and Sunday box!
Oh gosh so GOOD
Encouraging!!!
I will go to her page !! Yes yes yes as a mom of 10- and many grands- I need this for my homestead
Whoo hoo !
I need a "Sunday" trunk.😂😂😂
All that plus foraging for medicinals!
I’ve been watching her content and wondering is this what I need…it’s my first time homeschooling a bunch of boys!!!
I’ve been subscribed to Lisa woodruff for a while! I’ve been pouring over her website for months. I always find something to inspire me
I think that’s an awesome idea
i use GTD and an Eisenhower matrix. i don't have "a sunday"... i need to be effective all days.
That's a brilliant idea :) And I just subscribed to her. Thank you. God bless.
Great video!!! Super funny as well
ITM Trading is great!! I use them!!
This is good encouragement. When I stop listing things.. I get lazy. Yep.. sometimes I need to rest. It gets really, really hard to homestead and both work full time. We make due, but I admit when I don't make a list it is a big something the next morning, especially without the kids or much help.
Great follow-up to previous video! Reminded me of Eisenhower Matrix, the handy grid that places tasks in a matrix of urgency and importance. Things that are urgent AND important (anything from a bloody nose to a house fire) must be handled immediately. Things that are NOT urgent but important tend to be left undone, like writing a sponsored child in a foreign land.
Thanks Zach; i'll check her you tube out :)
Would love to see a "List Book" tour. How you're organizing it etc. Any particular notebook you use? Thank you for your work!
Please show how you organize your seed library. I buy seeds and forget I have them too often
I like the idea of the Sunday box and yes, mine would look like yours! 😂😊
I like the organizer basket
I think the Someday box sounds better :-). I get it though. I have resorted to daily to do lists both paper and digital.
I just bought Clyde's garden planer.
Thanks, Zach! Shalom!
Brilliant! I love that idea and subscribed to her channel as well.
What a cool idea. We write everything down too :) but don't do business with BC because their seeds don't germinate.
I forgot about magic jack!
Loving this series!
15:31 what is the future replacement of the fiat dollar?? I couldn't tell, ya flashed it too fast for me ;)
I would like the name of where you get your seeds.
Never been this early before
13:13 interesting indeed. I’m definitely the opposite, but if this works for you? 😜🤷🏻♀️
Zac....I have both books from the Patrion page and am in the process of printing them out.
QUESTION...where in the books does it tell you how to make the various things they talk about. Are they tinctures, teas?
Thanks, great books....
I think you might need a bigger basket, lol.

I have been using ITM Trading for several years. How do I reference you when I make another purchase from them?
Thank you! Just tell them when you call. Much appreciated!!
Zach do you sell the hard copy books? I'm to old for digital shanagin lol
24:06 Hallelu-YAHUAH
I don't have a Sunday box, i have a Sunday house. there's 9,000 different little things that need to be done here that I can't seem to get to. Domestic care alone can take up to 5 hours a day with cleaning and laundry and meal planning and cooking, let alone the stuff on the actual homestead. I don't even have any livestock yet! I just have two dogs that I can barely keep up with. Then I'm supposed to have prayer time and journal time and workout time. Then there's community things I need to help out with. Can someone please tell me how the hell they do all this stuff? And then there's people who homeschool on top of it!?!?!? I'm not necessarily disorganized but I could be a lot better and I don't know how anybody can find the time to organize their homestead, house and kids and all.
It is doable. The definition of spring cleaning I's just that. Seasonal. During gardening time... keep the kitchen clean, handle any toliet or shower cleaning along the way. Wash dogs outside to dry off while doing chores. Let everything else go until they scream, because it is outside time. Handle the inside when the outside rests. Chickens and cows literally take literally less than 15 minute a piece if even that. Don't let that stop you. Fetch and training with 7 month old new pup.. dont ignore that.
@@amymartin7508 thank you for your response. I get a bit overwhelmed sometimes I'm having renovations done and everything is just in a constant state of disaster and I have people over here and it's just weird. I have a problem with perfectionism. I know that is unattainable and unrealistic but somehow that just dwells inside my head. I'm a single mom. May I have one daughter who is 5. I'm a relative beginner at homesteading. Been doing it about 3 years in the first year and a half was just filled with complete screw-ups. Now I'm doing things correctly hopefully.
I really don't trust my daughter being outside alone. No fault of hers I just don't trust people. I always have eyes on her when she's outside. And you know sometimes you're just tired and you just sit there scroll through the internet and just disconnect for a while.
@@Eveninghollowfarmyou're getting the outside fenced and partitioned off correctly. We failed to do that the way you are doing. So good job. We'll talk more about the inside soon in videos.
@@Anamericanhomestead ya, getting overwhelmed here. there are just so many x factors that you can't even begin to imagine that pop up and throw you off course. Geez I got some crazy stories! Looking forward to your videos.

Lisa's page is gone. 😢
Her page is here: www.youtube.com/@Organize365
I do think it’s a good idea to have a box like that, but knowing me I’m just afraid I would forget about it or procrastinate going through it and addressing those items. I like to keep a bulletin board where I pin things up that need to be addressed soon. If I look at it often, I won’t forget it.
And as for the petro-dollar, yes I was aware of that now being a thing of the past. Not good. But equally concerning, is everyone here also aware of the fact that Russia has war ships hanging around in the waters off of Florida? I feel like this situation is a big whitehead zit that is about to pop. Gross and messy. Get ready, guys. It’s gonna get rough real quick.
7:53 so is this considered more as a procrastination box? 😳🤣😬
Friend, I’m just cuttin up 🤣
