This is a Concept Album continuing the story from their their last two records. Mainly their Trench record. There's a video on their main channel "I Am Clancy" that gives all the info you need.

You should check out their live performance of "fall away" feat. Dr. Blum. I think its one of their best live performances. and yes, its a concept album build around a lore that has been captured through multiple tracks and albums.
