The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. That Dad is disgusting. Pathetic.

Dad is so worried about her mental health, he’s allowing her to self-medicate with alcohol. Brilliant.
Exactly! Thank you!
Mental health has become an excuse for bad behavior and avoidance of responsible parenting. Rather than being a better parent they have their kids medicated.
I really think she has fetal alcohol syndrome. It goes with the whole family dynamic.
I have severe depression yet I never touch alcohol nor drug. I just sleep off. I am prone to oversleeping.

I loved it!
Being spoiled and entitled IS NOT a mental disorder
her dad should be arrested for letting her drink
Parents like him scream and shout and fight and drink and drive and then punish their kids for doing what they do. It makes the kids have issues like personality disorders and stuff, but you’re correct that none of that excuses bad behaviour.
Some people are just nasty when they drink and they take it out on whoever is around them. She probably learned that somewhere too.
It’s genetic
@@rachaeljones4731 No, it's cultural.
Yup. In fact, beware of anyone trying to tell you that self-serving abusive behaviour is the result of a "mental disorder". In reality, such irresponsibility is the opposite of a mental-health issue, as the irresponsibility is chosen and self-serving, and mental illness is neither.

Saying she weighs 120lbs is the biggest crime she committed that day
Came here to say this haha
Depending on her height & body type this could actually be pretty accurate. I'm 5'5 & 108lbs but my bff is 5'4 & 120lbs appears thinner than I do.

The self restraint shown by these officers is borderline superhuman. Huge respect.
Which is why it is a shame that both the father and his underage daughter continually insult the officer who possibly saved both their lives, not to mention other motorists and pedestrians whose lives were a risk.
I couldn't put up with that behavior for a second. Those officers are a lot more patient the me.
Becoming a police officer they have to find someone who is smart, physically fit, psychologically sound, it takes that extra bit of understanding with lots of self restraint mixed with empathy and probably a 100 other great character traits to deal with this type of soul destroying people over and over and not end up completely disheartened by this.
Sorry for the rant🙏🏻

Yup. I blame Dad for this, but he seems to be a narcissist and won’t feel a bit of remorse nor acknowledge any culpability in the part he played. He’ll just have to call an Uber for 13 months. I hope jail teaches her what her father never did.
This is the first drunk driver I actually feel sympathy for; she's clearly a few sandwiches short of a picnic, and a "parent" said 'drive'. "Dad" seems completely impervious to his daughter's distress, and solely focused on his own inconvenience.
@CarrionCrow993 She's 20yrs old- old enough to be responsible for the consequences of her own decisions. Unfortunately she clearly didn't have a great example of a father but that's not an excuse. They're BOTH terrible.

The cops came in and they let me take the wrap for all of my friends and later on when they all showed up at the police station to pick me up the cops were like yeah that’s the least you can do for her and I’ll go take that girl to breakfast. Why bother with the drunk tests when it's obvious she's drunk and they can just use a breathalyzer? Unless they wanted her to make a fool of herself for the video lol
@@userdetails1 Because any one single symptom of drunkenness might be physiological or argued away with a good lawyer. Depending on the state, your breathylizer score isn't admissible into court. @@userdetails1 As was stated by Rev they're not always admissible in court, the reason is because those little portable ones aren't very accurate at all. That's why they do another one when you get to the station, the big ones they have there are much more accurate. So it was be too easy to argue away an inaccurate test, just the fact that the test is known to be inaccurate is already reasonable doubt, but taken with all of the other evidence that doubt goes away.

I have a feeling she’s more neglected than spoiled.
As a mental health and substance abuse counselor i can 100 percent say that this father should be charged with negligence and should be going to jail as well...
Cant tho, since she is 18+ all the responsibility falls on her.

She didn't finish highschool but she has the audacity to call them illiterate? 😆😆
Well going to or quitting school doesn't mean you aren't intelligent.
@@mzbatonrougebeauty5267 if you can’t finish high school in America, you aren’t intelligent. College is a different thing, but high school should have a 100% graduation rate
@@mzbatonrougebeauty5267 Fact of the matter is a high school diploma at least proves you attended classes that teach you writing, english, and media literacy. Even a good majority of those who drop out, later get an alternative (GED) to prove what they have learned. If you cannot complete high school and you cannot even be bothered to work towards a GED it is reasonable to assume you are lacking some sort of intelligence because it is quiet literally the bare minimum required to to the most bare minimum work
But wait! Not only that, she also called them stupid cows!😂😂😂
Poor L.E.Os.. They don’t get paid enough to deal with this crap.
I never thought of how a scream sounds like a siren until now!!! LOL
Dear all police officers,
I would just like to say that you are appreciated and cared about. You’re all very brave to have this job. You go through a lot of verbal abuse and every other kind and still manage to do your job well. Also with a ton of patience. I wrote this in case an officer reads the comments so that he or she can know that not all of us are as rotten as these two being dealt with in this video. So, please stay safe and alive because we who uphold the law need you. Thank you for all that you do and risk✌️❤✌️❤
❤‼️‼️‼️
@@jeannelederman8992Agreed! Married to a LEO❤
The dad knew he needed a driver but wasnt worried about his daughter needing a driver
13 months in jail?!?!? Now that’s a prosecutor and judge!!!!! Awesome job!!
She probably screamed at the judge during sentencing too.
@@RadioMartyT1Bthat’s what I’m thinking. Normally Wisconsin judging don’t care. I was drunk af at 15 and a cop breathalyzed me and they just gave me a ticket and I was a .21. She had to have done something during the court date.
she looks white. whites get worse penalties.
@@emiliafrank1578 daddy probably made her a few “before court cocktails” and she showed up drunk! I agree with you both though, I’m sure she made a complete fool of herself in front of the judge, I’m sure she thought she would just get a slap on the wrist………her sentencing was icing on the cake! I sure hope those officers know what ended up happening ❤️
You really shouldn't believe everything you hear on the internet.
That 'father', should be jailed..what a pathetic little man he is....
The nerve of her calling someone else a cow 😂
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
😂😂
😂😂😂😂😂
Sierra, if you see this, hope you are getting help. And don't become your father, don't drink.
kinda late, especially with clothing like that...
It's the good advice, that ya just didn't take. WHO WOULD HAVE THOUGHT? IT FIGURES!
It's like ten thousand spoons when all you need is a knife...
It's meeting the man of my dreams... And then meeting his beautiful wife...
And isn't it ironic... don't you think?? 😅 song is in my head now!!
Too late. She is insane.
Add lying to police officers about her weight. If she's 120 pounds, then I'm Mother Teresa...
Now we know what a train wreck looks like if it wore clothes.
Wore it's toddler sisters 3T outfit
😂😂😂😂
Great one😂😂😂😂
You call that clothing?😂
Good job mom and dad! You raised her to act like this!
The cop talking to the dad is a complete and certified savage. The quips he gave back to the dad were perfect.
Seriously, this guy deserves an award. When he said "I heard, Happy Birthday" , that was the best.
No doubt the cop has had plenty of practice dealing with drunken jerks
and the dad's too drunk to notice lol.
I think these are the most patient cops I’ve ever seen in my life.
Soft western policing 😠
@@ThouSwell-zx3fd yeah, in my area spit hood hog tied and tased.
They were being passive aggressive tho
@@chadhall6296That would of been acceptable.
Another fine example of the rampant parenting problems we have in our country. Bad behavior starts in the home.
^this
It was literally legal to drive drunk back in the days, the only reason you feel its rampant these days is because everything is filmed now.
@flack3 are you saying it shouldn't be illegal to drive drunk? The only thing wrong with this girl is she had horrible parents.
@@222lanna You have poor reading skills
@@flack3 actually, you have poor grammar skills.
You have a comma after talking about how drunk driving used to be legal...which then leads right into todays use of filming incidents.
Therefore, making it appear you are talking about, and defending, drunk driving...
While in reality, since you were addressing a different point, you should have had a period in place.
“I’ll write about that in my diary tonight.” That cracked me up 😂
If she has severe mental illness, she should be taking her meds. If she’s taking her meds, she shouldn’t be mixing them with alcohol.
Bold of you to assume everyone has access and insurance.
@@Luna-Loonexactly. And I'm very fortunate to live in a state where they make mental health easy to get help without worrying about paying. But that's not typically the case for everywhere.
Only in rare cases does drugs help long term, the reality is that long term meds does more harm then good. It does have an effect in the short term. Like getting you started at breaking your bad habits, coming out the door etc. But the effect wears off, but the side effects does not. It's such a moronic thing that we just think that eating drugs is a great idea, just as long as the doctor gave you permission.

These cops are so devious ..asking such trick questions....how can anyone answer these!
The fact that she didnt get a DUI is INSANE. She should have gotten every single charge and the max for everyone for her fckn attitude.
