But the excuse that prosecutors make (after feminist-led "training") is that "prosecuting false accusers will dissuade the real victims from coming forward." Which is nonsense because both crimes (assault, and false report of assault) still have to be proven beyond a reasonable doubt. If someone down the street sets fire to their house for insurance fraud, I am still going to call the fire department if _my_ house is on fire.
if it were illegal, then people would never admit it was false, and it would make it even more difficult to prosecute since sexual violence is so often a he said/she said because of the lack of physical evidence
Was recently falsely ARRESTED on domestic violence, all bc she was vindictive & wanted to destroy my reputation as a good business person in the community. District attorney of course had 0 evidence and no longer chose to proceed. Nothing to the false accuser who was female
It’s hard tho bcuz if someone tries to report a legit case of rape and theres not enough evidence then the victim could be charged with making a false claim. But in the cases where it’s said on recording without anything happening then yeah felony
Also, whatever the sexes involved might be, someone who has any history of doing this when drunk and angry is somebody to be wary of being intimate with. Someday this person might get drunk and angry at *you* ... and I repeat -- while it is most often a woman accusing a man, both accuser and target can be of either sex.

False allegations of rape should be taken as seriously as actual sexual assault/rape cases They should be prosecuted and fined at minimum absolutely disgusting
Same with any crime accusation that's false,. All the fake "hate crimes" like that guy, the actor in Chicago Jussie Smollett, he could of got a lot of people hurt or worse. There are a lot of these "race hoax" crimes (I guess because real ones appear to be very rare) These are worse than the false rape accusations because they can start riots, looting, property damaged and can get people killed. IMO.
Minimum? They should be prosecuted and find to the fullest extent I think when you make false allegations against somebody and then it's discovered that you made this false allegations that you should face the same penalties of the allegation that you accuse somebody else of. Say an assault carries a 2 and 1/2 to 5 year sentence and you accuse somebody of assault but you're lying about it and you get caught you should be sentenced to two and a half to 5 years
The sigh made the entire video. You know he was hoping for a medical emergency rather than a drunk white girl. 😂😂😂 I was recently in grad school and I know his pain.
Charged with false rape accusations? What charge is that? She didn't file a police report, so the best you have is that she was lying. She could potentially be sued for defamation per se, but what would that accomplish? Charged with false rape accusation. 🤦♂

There is. For example: The type of false statement, description and penalties for the State of PA are: 1. Perjury Making a false statement under oath in an official proceeding is a Felony of the third degree in Pennsylvania. 2. Making false statements Knowingly making false statements or concealing information in a matter within the jurisdiction of the federal government can get you up to five years in federal prison, or up to eight years with certain enhancements. 3. Unsworn falsification to authorities Making a written false statement to a public servant with the intent to mislead them is a Misdemeanor of the second degree, plus a fine of at least $1,000. 4. False reports to law enforcement Falsely incriminating someone or reporting an incident to the police that never happened is a Misdemeanor of the second degree, plus years in prison and heavy fines.
Absolutely. My opinion...Every state needs to implement fines and punishment. Maybe this would stop. 1st offense (False Rap~ )- Automatic, $500. Fine and 200 hrs Community Service at Women's and Children Shelter 2nd Offense (False Rap~ )- Automatic, $1000. Offense, shall not be available for a plea deal or lesser Sentence or charge. **Guaranteed people would stop making false claims. @shaynegadsden She wasn't banging her left arm, but it was being jerked around as she was hitting the window with her right. Yet when the officer was holding her by her left arm, not moving it, just holding it, she was going on about it being broken and that the officer was hurting her.
Your license is suspended immediately in Ohio.. the only way you can drive is with an SR-22 Bond from your car insurance (which is expensive), and the judge has to sign off agreeing, if you have to be able to get to work and back (your employer has to fill out paperwork for the judge), grocery store, Dr appointment etc… and it’s set at certain times so if you drive outside those specific times, you get arrested
I just saw the part where the cop said she gets 45 days to drive.. I’ve never heard of that happening before.. maybe they changed some law or something?
@@stephaniebach__12-24 I was thinking it has to do with innocent until proven guilty. She is only "allegedly" a DUI, (and allegedly refused the breathelizer test) and is innocent until found guilty in court. That 45 days would give plenty of time for her trial, and she wouldn't be punished with a suspension until then. But that's just my guess.
It already does - lying on the stand in court or making allegations that turn out to be fraudulent is an offence. Setting a minimum specifically for sexual assault sets a very dangerous precedent; 1) it would scare away people reporting actual allegations, 2) there would need to be very clear guidelines around how to prove it was false and what type of evidence is needed. There are so many people commenting this and saying some really stupid illogical things. Thank god people on UA-cam comments section aren’t policy/law makers. We’d all be screwed lol.

Me neither! How do they manage to stay so calm when dealing with a full grown adult, acting like a 3 year old in full tantrum mode! With children it’s best to just leave them until they stop from exhaustion.
It is, but we have a lot of corrupt courts now who straight up ignore the law. Like during Obama he put out an order to DOJ to not mention any narcotics violations so no one would have to be charged federally (as it is a mandatory sentence, it's not legal to ignore it like that). That created the massive drug trade in the country which was mostly under control after the 80s spike.

I just love these videos. My favourite part is the, "...I know my rights..." but, what they seem to misunderstand is their right to obey the law in the first place and prevent being arrested and charged.
It's not a right to obey the law, it's a requirement; duh. Why do you think they act this way? It is because their illusion of some sort of "choice" or "right" of entitlement in these matters.
You have no idea how happy I am to be retired from this crap. I put up with this for years, and when I retired, I told my department I had absolutely no intention of ever coming back as a reserve officer. Done is done. Now, I grow my hair and I have cats and a garden. It's so much nicer.

Falsely accusing someone of rape should be a criminal offense. This shit has to end. It is not okay.
@@nos5915 Well it _is_ illegal but seldom prosecuted. You would prefer false accusers get a free pass?
I think that false accusations of a sex offense should be punished with the same punishment as the charge they falsify
Making a completely false rape allegation, intoxicated or not, should be a FELONY, just as threatening a law enforcement officer is.
It is. It's far too rarely processed as such though.
@@Little_Muskrat13 agree 💯
It’s hard tho bcuz if someone tries to report a legit case of rape and theres not enough evidence then the victim could be charged with making a false claim. But in the cases where it’s said on recording without anything happening then yeah felony
Also, whatever the sexes involved might be, someone who has any history of doing this when drunk and angry is somebody to be wary of being intimate with. Someday this person might get drunk and angry at *you* ... and I repeat -- while it is most often a woman accusing a man, both accuser and target can be of either sex.

False allegations of rape should be taken as seriously as actual sexual assault/rape cases
They should be prosecuted and fined at minimum
absolutely disgusting
Same with any crime accusation that's false,. All the fake "hate crimes" like that guy, the actor in Chicago Jussie Smollett, he could of got a lot of people hurt or worse. There are a lot of these "race hoax" crimes (I guess because real ones appear to be very rare) These are worse than the false rape accusations because they can start riots, looting, property damaged and can get people killed. IMO.
I agree and they should all be charged and prosecuted accordingly.
This.❤
Minimum? They should be prosecuted and find to the fullest extent
I think when you make false allegations against somebody and then it's discovered that you made this false allegations that you should face the same penalties of the allegation that you accuse somebody else of.
Say an assault carries a 2 and 1/2 to 5 year sentence and you accuse somebody of assault but you're lying about it and you get caught you should be sentenced to two and a half to 5 years

There is supposed to be its called giving a false statement
She has to pee: Well you are a big girl now acting like a 2 yo so pee in your diaper
There is. For example: The type of false statement, description and penalties for the State of PA are:
1. Perjury
Making a false statement under oath in an official proceeding is a Felony of the third degree in Pennsylvania.
2. Making false statements
Knowingly making false statements or concealing information in a matter within the jurisdiction of the federal government can get you up to five years in federal prison, or up to eight years with certain enhancements.
3. Unsworn falsification to authorities
Making a written false statement to a public servant with the intent to mislead them is a Misdemeanor of the second degree, plus a fine of at least $1,000.
4. False reports to law enforcement
Falsely incriminating someone or reporting an incident to the police that never happened is a Misdemeanor of the second degree, plus years in prison and heavy fines.
Absolutely. My opinion...Every state needs to implement fines and punishment. Maybe this would stop.
1st offense (False Rap~ )- Automatic, $500. Fine and 200 hrs Community Service at Women's and Children Shelter
2nd Offense (False Rap~ )- Automatic, $1000. (15% to go to Rap~ Victims, 15% to Children Education).And 1200 hr Community Service *at DV and/or Ba**ered Women's Shelter.

Any additional offense of False Reporting of Rap~- Automatic 5yrs in jail, $5,000. Fine (50% to state, 50% Education/children/victims).
Offense, not to be reduced. Offense, shall not be available for a plea deal or lesser Sentence or charge.

I can't believe she can drive for 45 days after getting a DUI in Ohio if you get picked up for a DUI your license is suspended immediately
I know. Most states it’s immediate ban
@@stephaniebach__12-24 Perhaps part of the agreement to permit her to drive to work includes breathing into a breathalyzer to start the car.
@@stephaniebach__12-24 I was thinking it has to do with innocent until proven guilty. That 45 days would give plenty of time for her trial, and she wouldn't be punished with a suspension until then. But that's just my guess.
Drunk or not, that first girl is insufferable. Allegations of rape should come with a minimum sentence.
We’d all be screwed lol.

no need to be lucky on thta just fired her if she really have a work i dont think she have
@@shidditiddis Yes, that sounds much better.
You hit a tree!
.... no. I have work in the morning.
I just woke up laughing to that. Literally woke up laughing.
Omg this is the funniest thing I've ever heard. I Will go out the door, and then my job. I'm gasping. It's too much
Why do these drunks know ALL of their rights, but don’t know the laws???
You answered it they are drunk lol
My favorite part of the video is when she said, "Wergaschma..."
Why isn't it illegal to falsely accuse someone of rape? That should be a reason for arrest and jail time.
It is, but we have a lot of corrupt courts now who straight up ignore the law. Like during Obama he put out an order to DOJ to not mention any narcotics violations so no one would have to be charged federally (as it is a mandatory sentence, it's not legal to ignore it like that). That created the massive drug trade in the country which was mostly under control after the 80s spike.
i think the issue is if they cant prove that it happened they could end up punishing people who were actually victims
@@sursidehouston713 It is illegal lol
She's hammered drunk and didn't file any formal complaints or charges.
Really? She said a lot of stupid things while she was drunk but not when she sobered up lol.
"I have a job!" "That's great, I do too."
I don't care about your job.
I've lost way to hard over that answer
@@shinoharazockt9912 "laughed"?
you missed when she said "I love you too" after that. 4:30 or so

9 months sober and I can’t stop watching these.. I was not far off being one of these people had to change my life.
Keep going dude. The days start to pile up. My alcoholic got sober and while it’s not a silver bullet, it does matter.
Stay sober man, I’m in your corner.
Shhh not being a drunk isn’t something to brag on
@@01chickenpickin it is if you’ve been one and got help.

This is why I don't drink.

DONT DO NEAL LIKE THAT😩😂😂
As a person who has had broken arms and a broken elbow (in 3 places) I can assure you, nobody with a broken arm bangs on anything. In fact, you don’t even want to move it.
That's exactly my thoughts. It magically didn't bother her while banging on the car. That lady was obnoxious af.
@@dreamingoffall7694 She was using her other arm. Likely, the alcohol numbed much of the pain from the secondary motion. But yeah, she should have just shut the hell up and used her 5th Amendment.
@burnerjack01 they used to use whiskey to amputate limbs in the civil war, as a recovering alcoholic, you wouldn't believe what someone loaded could do
To be fair, there are some weird people out there. I broke my arm as a kid. I could do handstands on it, had full range of motion. My parents took me to the hospital five days later because the colour was so bad. They had to re-break it. I’ve broken and dislocated things since then, sometimes it hurts as one would expect, sometimes it really doesn’t.

Her: "im not drunk"
Tree: 😳
I wish when we see the rings of a tree trunk, the rings would show us everything they saw in their lifetime lol imagine
😅😅😅
Once that tree turns into a fence post it will still be smarter than her.
She was driving along just fine when the tree jumped out in front of her car!
😂😂😂
The way he said "keys" like talking to a toddler was gold 😂
I looked to see if anybody else thought this too lmao
