Thank you. However; you neglected to show the process of relieving pressure from the system first. Chances are, if your top gets stuck there will be pressure on the system and it will not retract until that pressure is relieved. Simply turn the ignition switch to ON w/o starting the engine. Then press and HOLD the top-down button for several seconds and with your other hand turn the ignition OFF. This process will relieve all pressure in the system allowing you to perform this procedure without issue. And even a small 6" 10 milometer wrench works fine. No tool needed. ✌

I recently acquired my Crossfire.. LOVE IT!!! How can I tell if the Cylinders have already been changed or Upgraded? Thanks in advance..

Congrats on the new ride! Good question, I would suggest that you look at the main lift cylinders as shown here in our main lift cylinder removal video and take a close look at the top and bottom edges on the cylinder housing.
