My mates are all tradies, I work from home due to my health. Mainly make my money off crypto and betting. However my friends probably pour $20k-50k in cars and toys a year. How does it not click with people that if you invest young you could be buying those toys 10x over in 20 years.
Ravi, please do a video about how to pull equity out your existing home in order to buy your first investment property. Ie. Setting up the finance - is it necessary to refinance? Or should you just redraw available mortgage funds? What are the options and what is the best approach.
When it come to cars , not all cars are the same . Some sort after collectible vehicles can actually be a great investment . The last one i sold i bought it for 32 and sold it for 44 1 year later without doing anything to it . Not a bad return in a year.. just have to have some knowledge of whats in demand .
Hi Ravi, please do a video on LMI. I have a friend who used LMI to purchase a capital growth property and has seen great growth over one and a half years. Is LMI a good way to build a good start in the short-term?
I think you are confused. Lmi is a fee you pay to the bank when you don't have a 20% deposit or more or you have buying a home in Queensland at least, that is over $500k. You pay it because banks are taking more risk on someone with a small deposit and won't enough equity in the property. Its not something you use. Its a fee you pay to banks.
Hi Ravi , fairly recent subscriber, love the content . My wife and kids brought our first home this year , time being the biggest asset would you recommend I go back and watch most of your clips or buy your course first ? really keen to take steps towards financial freedom
