Thanks buddy!! Yeah is a subtle overall difference but when you soon in it’s crazy. Just makes the image more polished

Ahh you’re totally right!! I was to focused on teaching the process and not thinking you’d want an actual result

    Hey great Video!
I have a question and would be very happy to maybe get some answers.
I have begun with photography just a few weeks / months back and have a APS-C Camera for the beginning. I wanted to try out different styles of photos and currently I am struggling with astrophotography. I tried it only two times until now. I have very low equipment (just a tripod, the standard lens with 18-55mm f 3,5 - 5,6).After noticing that, it doesn't matter too much where I go to take the pictures, thanks to darksitefinder (germany is apperently nasty when it comes to light pollution) I placed my tripod with the Camera on my car, so I can see, what I do, have manually adjusted the focus, ISO 800, f3,5. After setting my camera to do 10 pictures à 25 seconds with a 2 second delay from clicking I stacked them, stretched them and got quite dissappointed from the result. Very underwhelming. I dont focus on a specific constellation, just the milky way. If you look closely you can see it, other than that it's just pretty blurry stars, when zooming in and no real texture to it. I thought I'd try out another lens, since I can have way better aperture. Does anyone have a good clue for me, how I can improve this? Next time, I have a clear sky I want to try higher ISO settings and maybe I'll have a better lens. Should I go with a higher focal length or lower? Any advice helps, I really want to get something from this style of photography

Hey bud, Unfortunately I'll be very hard to capture the milkyway with the kit lens and an apsc sensor. its just the limitations on the camera that you're using so don't be disheartened.
Higher Iso settings as-well will be needed. I was shooting this at 6400-8000 iso with a 2.8 at 16mm

@@matthewlittlewood Thanks for the answer :)
I already tried it another time with my setup, this time with 15x15s and 1600 ISO. These pictures were way better. I wont get any Deep Sky pictures that way, but at least some scenic pictures with nice shadows like trees in the foreground. Next time I will try it with more BIAS Pictures and also with flats and blacks. Hope my results will be even better this way. It is possible for my needs in the beginning :)
