One of the things I've always appreciated the most about you is how you're honest and simply not dogmatic, which is somewhat a pet peeve of mine 😂 obrigada for that
I think that you are D deficient because you ARE such a ray of sunshine that you are giving it to everyone who watches you! I always feel recharged after I watch your videos. You are my favorite supplement! Good for inspiration, mood, and heart!
Psychedelics are just an exceptional mental health breakthrough. It's quite fascinating how effective they are against depression and anxiety. Saved my life.
Can you help with the reliable source I would really appreciate it. Many people talk about mushrooms and psychedelics but nobody talks about where to get them. Very hard to get a reliable source here in Australia. Really need!
Yes Steve_porss1, I share similar experiences with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and addiction. Psilocybin mushrooms have been a game-changer for me, aiding greatly in my recovery and sobriety.
I wish those were more accessible here. Microdosing was the next thing I planned for my husband. He's 59 & facing many mental health issues, probably CTE & a TBI that left him in a coma for 8 days. Sadly, I had to get a TPO because he's 6'6, over 300 pounds, and displaying violent behavior, always talking about hurting others. He's really aggressive. If anyone out there knows about BPD, is it common to have an obsession with violence?
My morning drink: 1 serving Peanut butter cup flavored protien powder (currently using Ascent brand because they sweeten with stevia instead of sucralose), 1 serving collagen peptides flavorless, 5mg creatine powder flavorless, 1 heaping teaspoon of instant coffee, 1/4 cup of organic rolled oats (preferably glyphosate free, I use One Degree brand sprouted rolled oats), 1 whole banana, 1 cup of water OR milk (whatever you prefer). Blend for at least 2 minutes, Pour into a large shaker cup, add tons of ice. Shake and drink, It's soooo good. It's breakfast, morning coffee and pre-workout all rolled into one!
Here's a suggestion for incredible sleep every night: One scoop of Calm ( or other powdered magnesium) 300mg One 5g scoop of Glutamine Mix it up in 4 oz of boiling water and drink it as you go to bed (I sip it while i read to afall asleep) Works like a charm every time!
Just to add to this, not everyone gets calmer with magnesium at night. Some do better with magnesium in the mornings and afternoons. Magnesium lowers blood sugars. Good! Magnesium lowering blood sugar at night and waking you up. Bad!
Glutamine? I think you're confusing it with glycine. Glutamine is a stimulant and will keep you awake all night where's glycine is a sedative commonly taken with magnesium for sleep. Also magnesium l3na is the best form of magnesium for sleep because it can enter the brain where's normal magnesium cannot. Avoid magnesium oxide. You're welcome.
@@Picmedudenot sure why one would boil any powdered supplement. Just lukewarm water will help difficult things to dissolve. I always fill a cup with slightly warm water to dissolve creatine before adding to my drink. Haven't found many things that need that extra warmth to dissolve in general.
you should refill your magnesium cause it helps with vitamin D intake :) "Magnesium assists in the activation of vitamin D, which helps regulate calcium and phosphate homeostasis to influence the growth and maintenance of bones." it's best to take it at night cause it also helps with sleeping better! so if you already take melatonin, magnesium will also help by promoting better sleep quality! also it's nice to hear your vitamin D is also always low. i went to the doc not long ago and found out my vitamin D was so low i basically had none LOL. i've been taking supplements ever since and feel so much better.
Try to keep the caffeine intake under 150mg per day. Taking too much can cause you to develop sleep issues and a caffeine tolerance. Considering the high stim in the car, caffeine overdosing might be the reason for the sleep issues. Also try to see if there are any overlaps within the other supplements. Taking more than needed is like pouring petrol on the backseat of a car after filling the tank hoping for better performance.
Thank you for sharing! My doctor also just told me that D3 is even more important than vitamins. C regarding immune system. He also told me: It's true you can get it by sun exposure...but you will get cancer first than getting the optimal levels of Vit. 3 with that method 😅. Greetings from Sonora, México 💪
Hi Patty I haven’t watched this vid yet bc I didn’t have time but I’m looking forward to it. I love when u upload a vid or short and love watching them. Thank you for being my inspiration to a lot of things and being my fav content creator. ❤❤

Just dropped-in after seeing post on Doucette..... Seems like a lot of supplements that you may not need and possibly not worth spending the money. I've been taking only creatine and glutamine for well-over 30 years and supports muscle build and joint repair very well. I have never taken vitamins; I have never warmed up and never stretched. I lift significantly more than most of the folks in any gym I have attended regardless of age - I'm purty far up in age, but lovin every year the Lord gives. Anyway..... good post and best of luck with your channel.
I really recommend ZMA (Zinc, Magnesium, and Vitamin B6), it’s a really underrated supp, it’s really helpful for helping with sleep patterns. The magnesium regulates GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) receptors in the brain. GABA is an inhibitory neurotransmitter that reduces neuronal excitability, helping to relax. It also manages the circadian rhythm helping you feel tired at a more appropriate time. Zinc is also known to do exactly that, but it also help regulate dopamine as well. And the issue with regular melatonin is while it’s proven that it slightly helps people with chronic sleep apnea fall asleep an average of 15 mins faster, it doesn’t actually improve the quality of sleep, ZMA has a higher possibility of doing that than melatonin. Vitamin b6 is also a key component in the making of GABBA and serotonin, and although most people are t deficient, it still boosts serotonin
There is a lot of controversy over NMN and NAD boosters. Probably you don't need them at your age, and secondly, the NMN is probably just being broken down to B3 in the gut. It's a lot cheaper to just buy B3. I can hunt out some links for this info if you really want.
It's just about 3 minutes into this video. Aside from the hottest of topics in lean beef, Patty's simply determined to be the best she can ever truly be. D3, as coupled with K2, acts as though the whole time is specific to the input of intensity. All the while needing a fair amount of both nitric, caloric, and persistent intensity of the input into any workout. Which inevitably does slow down from natural exertion from doing the workout. However, work begets work. Yoga is definitely encouraged, as well as incorporating resistance to stability of the slow twitch performance. Isometrics and primal exercises literally make still the effort of overcoming the pain. Pain is no more when its lesson is learned and can be difficult to understand. K2 naturally thickens the blood as D3 splits its yield throughout the body. On a side note, she has the most adorable smile that definitely makes lightwork out of me. Like she can do without batting an eyelash with challenging herself. So I'm just definitely inspired to do better. At just 3 minutes into the video.😅
My supplement suggestion is codliver. In the dark season I eat a can of it every other day. It's basically a natural Vitamin A, D and Omega 3 supplement rolled into one, probably with beneficial synergistic effects. This may be a placebo effect, but every time I eat it, my mood improves immediately and my drive and energy level for the rest of the day is noticably higher.
I'd suggest shifting creatine monohydrate into the everyday section in regards to how it works/needs to be taken regularly to have much effect, because the benefits it has (especially for women) beyond just the gym stuff is preeeetty good ^^ If you ever get curious, Abbey Sharp did a really good video on it ^_^
When buying magnesium, make sure not to get it in the form of magnesium oxide, as it is the least absorbable form. For example, citrate or diglycinate are much better options.
you can eliminate the omega-3 supplement by just eating fish sometimes, salmon at least once a week is normally the recommended to get the needed omega. That way is one less supplement to buy and shove it down.
@@DeletedDenizen you are not exchanging supplement, you are exchanging a meat meal with a fish meal, leading to not need to buy the supplement. And is "at least", it depends on how much is the serving. salmon has 4g of omega per 100g, I get around 200-250g fresh salmon on a serving that gives at least 8000 mg of omega, the recommendation is at least 250-500mg per day means > 3500 mg per week
Hey Patty I have a reco since you're taking this stuff anyways for the most part and so am I. I used to have trouble with sleep onset and staying asleep (and still would without this). 30min prior to bed take: 1 ashwaganda pill(600mg), 1 St.John's Wort (other people reading this, skip St.John's Wort, if you know you know) pill(300mg), 1 Magnesium Bisglycinate(one of the best Mag's for passing blood-brain barrier to aid in sleep) pill(200mg), and then 0.25mg melatonin sublingual (put under your tongue and let it dissolve, takes a couple minutes). You will have to buy 1mg melatonin pills and cut them into quarters for this. Grab one of those weekly pill container's and keep all this handy and easy to use. Most people take too high of a melatonin dose and it can have reverse effect. Anyone who isn't taking St.John's Wort reading this, do not take St. John's Wort unless you know what and why you're doing it. It can have serious complications for many common medications and should only be included in this sleep cocktail for people who are already taking it.
Beef Liver Tablets! I can not recommend these enough. If I could only take one supplement for the rest of my life, it'd be these. Old school bodybuilder supplement from before there was a huge market of supplements. In doing research for carnivore and paleo diets years ago I learned that carnivores in times of plenty (Grizzlies, Orcas, etc) will consume just the liver of the prey animal and then go for the next one, as the liver packs the most punch for nutrients. Also recommend taking them with a meal or with something in your stomach, other than that, the energy boost that stays, the recovery help, organic. I love them. Thank you for being so authentic and by extension, an inspiration to others.
I'd suggest one better is a beef organ blend supplement, I take Hirsch Beef Organs as am based in the UK, it contains, Liver, Kidneys and Heart but there seems to be a few good ones out there.
My Ideal supplement list Daily: multivamin, D3, C, Magnesium Occasional: protein powder, energy/pre-workout powder, B complex, super greens powder, psyllium husk powder Rare: Zinc (when I sick), lemon balm (when i can't sleep)
As one natural lifter/supplementer to another, I was surprised to see a difference in my mood from probiotics. It wasn't even intended. I just took them bc why not. After a couple days I was like "why do I have so much energy?" Turns out it's the friggen little colony in my gut! Wild! Also, first time commenting and I appreciate your videos a lot. Hope you continue to do things that bring you joy, whether it's lifting, farm stuff, or otherwise!
I think it would help us more, and bring more value, if you spoke about the efficacy of the vitamins themselves; giving honest impressions of results (if any). Lots of supps are scams and influencers are all pushing random ones
That's probably difficult, i doubt for a single person her age it's possible she's got a lot of comparison with different products, and considering those are like 15 different products she's currently using it's unlikely she started with a single one, tried it, got off it, tried the next, got off it, and so on, and instead is used to taking multiple supplements at the same time, so it's not possible to trace improcements to any specific supplement. Then there's placebo and similar effects as well as diet, hormonal changes, whatever else, that would also play a significant role. Don't expect scientifically sound findings with a test group of 1 and a high number of products. Talk to a nutritionist instead.
My general thought is: anything dosed by a “blend”.. where the main ingredient(s) are lumped in a blend of other things = scam/very likely under dosed. The bigger (like BIG) brands, maybe less quality than you’d think (like i side eye my Kirkland) but on the plus usually cheaper and easily available. Try to get your needs met thru diet first always. Wide range of fruits, vegetables, grains. And try to get protein from whole food before resorting to powder/bars. Not every person needs the same supplements (ex. I’ve always been told I need D but there are toooooons of people here in the comments that said they’re fine… so just found out I’m the de-evolution 😔 hah jk)
Cardarine is the name of a supp that I'm seeing a lot. Increases lung endurance and muscle soreness recovery by almost 50%. It also helps with Diabetes and fat loss. I only got it for the diabetes portion. Sugar levels are half of what they normally are when working out (Diabetes and Whey Protein have an odd interaction). I always feel like I can do more when I leave the gym and that's something new even though I'm training harder than normal.
These have been actually quite helpful and cool of you for being so transparent. gotta get me some of that high stim pre workout and creatine. Always love the videos, keep up the good shit.
OMG your supplement stack is enormous 😮. Patty u actually take around 15 different types of supplements. Maybe I think I would try some of them. I personally take only two supplements, first is creatine monohydrate (micronized form) and I have seen a lot of changes after consuming it, my strength levels were increased and muscles started to look more fuller. Second is ashwagandha (KSM-66 which is better for muscle building and have several other health benefits). Btw patty do u take ashwagandha?? One more thing I've actually seen some studies in which it was found that supplementation of creatine monohydrate increases memory and recall performance by 20-50 percent. It also improves the overall brain functions. Btw I actually believe that ur natural patty 💪 bc of several different factors like u started doing gymnastics at a very young age and gymnastics is similar to weight training as we use our bodyweight for muscle break down so u have a lot of experience, consistency, proper nutrition etc. That's all I wanted to say. Take care and have a great day Patricia mam 💪🙏🤝
Im dying laughing at your honestly. I'm trying to workout rn but I just keep giggling becuz you crack me up girl. You are explaining why you bought zinc..saying it was 4.99 ...😅😅 yassss girl I would give it a whirl for 4.99 too ❤😂
Love these sneak peeks into the routine, especially as a woman body builder. Feel like there are too many who see the supplements as "one size fits all"
The number one I recommend to anyone who cares to listen; Ultra Juice green. Not a performance supplement technically. A health one. The garden of Eden in a powder. I add it to my smoothies. Check the label to see all the goodness. Lots of greens plus ocean veggies and probiotics.
Just wanted to say that creatine when taken daily can increase the amount of muscle you gain! Definitely one I would put in the daily category. I mix mine into my post workout shakes :) appreciate the video and the codes!!
My doctor had me switch from Flinstone Gummies to Flinstone Suppositories. I had some reservations and absolutely refused, but my doctor told me it was life or death. He insisted on inserting them while grinning, saying it’ll make me scream “YABBADABBADOOO!!!” . I said “NO, I’M GOOD!” and left his office. Not sure he’s a real doctor.
Your supps are good choices. But a good magnesium supp is critical. There are a few types (oxide is junk) I take magnesium glycinate which has better absorption.
First time viewer and really enjoyed this! My only thought is make sure any supplement taken is third party certified. Supplements aren't regulated so companies can put whatever they want in them. The third party certification just means they are giving you what they say they're giving you.
Also the glucosamine HCl is glucosamine with hydrochloric acid. You're not eating acid though! The chlorine and hydrogen in HCl added to the glucosamine molecule makes it easier for the body to absorb it.
For sleep, I've found that Valerian Root does a much better job for sleep, since it's not one of the hormones the body naturally produces. Also, with Ashwaghanda, Bacopa Root is a great pairing to help with mood & other things, I take both daily & it helps tremendously with all the stressors of the day.
Love you honesty! I try to minimize my supplement use like you. I’m not vitamin D deficient, I come from a place in the world where I got used to eat fatty fish and I really enjoy it. I would say Salmon, sardines, Mackerel are good source of vitamin D and K. Eggs too but not as much as fish. I know these aren’t sexy option (many would argue they’re sinky) but hey it’s worked for me!
Thanks for the look into what supplements you take. I'm relieved to hear it's confusing and complicated to you too, cause I feel like I have no idea if what I'm taking is right. Thanks for the code BEEF discount!
Stick with the collagen protein over everything being a guy I was getting compliments on my skin which is odd because its not like i have a skin care routine. And it does help with joint pain because I have no cartilage in my knees and i can tell when I have missed a day or two.

I wish we could be friends. You seem so rad 😊
Been offline for a minute. Video quality high as ever.

Hola!
Great video...supplements are such an individual thing and always interested to hear what other people like

As one natural lifter/supplementer to another, I was surprised to see a difference in my mood from probiotics. It wasn't even intended. I just took them bc why not. After a couple days I was like "why do I have so much energy?"
Turns out it's the friggen little colony in my gut! Wild!
Also, first time commenting and I appreciate your videos a lot. Hope you continue to do things that bring you joy, whether it's lifting, farm stuff, or otherwise!
Dude your skin looks so much better!
Love your channel. Great advice on supplements and workouts. Easy on the eyes 👀 😊
Watching this on the shitter 🤘
🤘 🚽
Cardarine is the name of a supp that I'm seeing a lot. Increases lung endurance and muscle soreness recovery by almost 50%. It also helps with Diabetes and fat loss. I only got it for the diabetes portion. Sugar levels are half of what they normally are when working out (Diabetes and Whey Protein have an odd interaction). I always feel like I can do more when I leave the gym and that's something new even though I'm training harder than normal.
I just set my settings to 1080p and I have to say, you're beautiful Patty. No shade and keep on keeping on 💪
Haha in HD 😳 Thankyou 💪
Lean beef patty is fierce AF! Total warrior! ❤️ 🐯 🥩 ❤️ ❤️

Grande patty ey amiga hoy es mi cumpleaños espero que me saludes mi gym crush💪❤
HAPPY BIRTHDAY 🎉
You are so alive and expressivity!) go on! with love from Russia😊
Nice shiven 💪I’ve taken ashwagandha before and the ksm66 is on my “sometimes” supplement list too hah
Love your videos, you have such great energy.
Im dying laughing at your honestly. I'm trying to workout rn but I just keep giggling becuz you crack me up girl. You are explaining why you bought zinc..saying it was 4.99 ...😅😅 yassss girl
I would give it a whirl for 4.99 too ❤😂
She's so funny 😂😂 I would've bought it for that deal too
Hope you had a good workout 💪😎
Love these sneak peeks into the routine, especially as a woman body builder. Feel like there are too many who see the supplements as "one size fits all"
Patty, I don't know if it's because of the quality of the camera, but you looked so pretty and even more so in the light of day.❤
The number one I recommend to anyone who cares to listen; Ultra Juice green. Not a performance supplement technically. A health one. The garden of Eden in a powder. I add it to my smoothies. Check the label to see all the goodness. Lots of greens plus ocean veggies and probiotics.
Patty needs to train in gryffindor attire because she def looking like the boy who lifted
🧙
You should listen to him
Patty’s the only one who I’d enjoy watching a full video talking about supplements 😂
Your skin is looking amazing Patty ❤️
Always the best part of Sunday, have a great week Patty!
Have a great week Alex 💪
Gotta say, I love that you seem like a real person. I also like the farm videos.
Thankyou!!
Seriously, dude, your skin is looking on point. I'm jealous.
Thank you for another great video, love your work!
Your hoodie looks comfy and I want one.
Happy New Years 🎉✌️
Love you honesty!
Long hair looking 🔥 i hope you let it grow 😍
Thanks for the look into what supplements you take. I'm relieved to hear it's confusing and complicated to you too, cause I feel like I have no idea if what I'm taking is right. Thanks for the code BEEF discount!
Stick with the collagen protein over everything being a guy I was getting compliments on my skin which is odd because its not like i have a skin care routine. And it does help with joint pain because I have no cartilage in my knees and i can tell when I have missed a day or two.
Beef all thoes everyday! Beast mode! come on
