Years ago my neighbour was a retired very senior police officer. He told me that in his experience most police officers and prison wardens were worse than the people they arrested and locked up in prison. He told me that if you swapped them around there would probably be a lot less crime!!! 😂❤

FOIA the agency for who did it. If they contacted UA-cam in an official capacity you have every right to know who did it. The hold them accountable for engaging in conduct outside their scope.
pretty sure he already knowns, from my understanding when someone try to claim or takedown a video you know who does it so you can respond to the takedown (you kinda have to know because it could be your crazy ex-girlfriend or your competitor across the street).
@@gnoel5722 I'd be very surprised if UA-cam reveals any of that information EXCEPT I'd expect they would be more likely when it's a "faceless" government entity that isn't likely to sue them for revealing who did it, especially if they represented themselves as acting in an official capacity to get it taken down. UA-cam is huge on censorship and it's nearly impossible to understand how or why a video is taken down.
Perhaps Sean does know all this, but it's definitely a nuanced topic, such as public employees using their personal phones to conduct business, to include videoing/photographing in their interactions with Sean.
I'd *love* to see those phones FOIA'd and their content shown. That is something I've yet to see, and would be another teaching lesson to these people who think they don't have to abide by their own rules.
Not to mention the laughable hypocrisy of working under cameras all day, and using their phones while accusing Sean of recording them without their consent.

I was a Correctional Officer in a Men's Maximum Security Unit in Texas for 4 years. Our "badge" was an iron-on patch of the State Seal. For security reasons, the property was closed to the public except on the weekends during visitation hours. The unit I worked in was situated on 2 private roads with a Guard Shack to check who was coming in or out.
That being said, we were supposed to treat the public with courtesy and professionalism at all times.. but it didn't happen that way all the time.
Something about that uniform seemed to effect some people's psyche. They changed from ordinary people to psychotic tyrants who thought that rules didn't apply to them or their conduct.
One of the comments I read here said that COs were people who couldn't make it as Law Enforcement Officers. For the most part, that's not the case in the people I worked with, although there were some. But even a few "tyrants with a badge" is a few too many. A Correctional Officer has the duties to: 1) Make sure no inmate leaves the unit without authorization, 2) Maintain the safety and security of every person in the unit [inmates and guards], 3) Make sure inmates get what the State allows and that they have nothing that the state doesn't allow. Obviously there are many subsections, but that is the overall gist of it. Yet, some guards believe its their duty to punish inmates...but their punishment is their loss of freedom. The tyrants in any uniform creates danger for all who wear a uniform!! Why good officers don't hold bad officers accountable is a mystery to me!! I was targeted and my life threatened just because I didn't tolerate bad behavior that put everyone's life and safety at risk. Holding the "Thin Blue Line" and wall of silence only allows bad behavior to continue and often escalate; because by NOT punishing bad behavior, it appears that such behavior is encouraged! 😢

Do they not realize they have ZERO AUTHORITY OUTSIDE THE JAIL/PRISON
In the case of Adderley v. Florida, the Supreme court held that prison grounds is not a public forum they can trespass people from prison property even if they are engaged in constitutionally protected activity.
The state can own land, and they can restrict access to that land where you have a right to record that right is subject to Time, Place, and Manner restrictions.
Where you have a right to record in traditional public forums that right can be limited in fourms where they can put limitations on expressive activities.
There is a debate on if filming is an expressive activity on one side a camera is only a silent observer it doesn't express emotions.
On the other hand it can be argued that filming is expressive as there is art created through filming and photography there is movie and TV shows that are fourms of expression there are film schools that teach people how to express themselves through film even the News can be bias and express viewpoints.
No matter what side of the issue you are on it is important to know your rights, but understand your rights are not absolute despite your feelings the government can put reasonable limitations on our rights while your on their property.
A lot of people have a misunderstanding of what is public property.
Public property is property own by the state and paid for by the taxpayers you may have helped pay for that land but you have no right to use it anytime or any way you choose they can restrict access to any public property at anytime.
A military base is an example of public property where they restrict access. You can not enter a military base and take a tank for a spin because you helped pay for it.
Where you helped pay for tanks the government owns them and they have a right to decide who has access to tanks and who uses them.
They can open public property to the general public, they can offer tours to the public, or they can shut down the property and restrict all access that is their choice.
😂😂😂 right 😂😂😂 if they met you one-on-one they wouldn't say a word. But if there's two or three of them, all of a sudden they are big bad and invincible. And more stupid because there's more of them to be stupid😅

@@urgreatestenemy3044That's a very long post essentially to tell us that even on public property some areas are not accessible to the public, which is common knowledge for anyone who has watched a few LIA audit videos.
The gate at the entrance of a military base pretty much says that the entire installation is not open to the public. You can't wander everywhere as you wish on prison ground, but as long as you remain in public areas (parking lot, lobby, etc.) You have the right to record. Indicating which areas are *NOT* accessible to the public is the responsibility of the managers of the installation. 🤷🏼♂️

The prison is not an open fourm it is not a place to aggress grievemint with the government.
If you wish to really rebuttal my comment, find a case where the courts ruled that prison property is a traditional public forum and people have a right to exercise their First Amendment rights while on their property.
The Supreme Court established three different types of public forums in Perry Education Association v. Perry Local Educators' Association (1983): traditional, limited and nonpublic.
Limited and nonpublic fourms can limit the use of the public space to its designed purpose, and can reasonably restrict or limit a person's First Amendment rights.
Courts have ruled that filming is subject to Time, Place, and Manner if the place is a nonpublic or limited public forum filming can be restricted.
They hated the fact that their made up authority was rejected and hated even more that their rejection and bully behavior was made public.
They seem like they’d be clients of the jail and not the correctional officers with the way they lack professionalism and knowledge of the law. Imagine the horror when they find out license plates can be recorded on private dash cams, written down and/or memorized. 🤦🏽♀️

I was in the military and then for a short time I was a correctional officer (don't judge me - bills don't pay themselves.) It absolutely bugged the crap out of me that these clowns pretended to have military rank.

My son was dating this beautiful young woman. When he wouldn’t move across the state for her and change jobs she got real ugly with him. She was working in a women’s corrections fscility. He said she spoke to him in her best correctional officer voice. lol that was her job. He left her house and never went back. lol

I did 3 years in county jail. I filed a grievance on a very abusive tyrant. The Sargent gave my grievance right to that predator letting him know i filed it, he crumbled and threw that grievance in my face then proceeded to make my life hell for the next 2 years.
I had to just take it. I had no protection from this predator.
I would be dangerously triggered if i see him on the streets.

I have a lot against security guards. Most of them are DUMB! They don't know the law and many are cowards that protect no one.
