He clearly wants you eliminate all the tribes (he thinks they are dirty and uncouth) but he is unable to disagree with you. So you can befriend them or basically tell him "don't worry about them". All you need to do meet them to tell him to ignore them.

Is it not allowed or not quicker to just change the game settings to make you walk faster? I do it when playing new Vegas and it makes it way better to play, it does take away achievements though.

My grandpa has had encounters with skin cancer, nothing serious just a little acid of some sort to burn it off and he was good. But my great grandpas both were taken by lung cancer. Can't wait till we eradicate cancer and save so many people from suffering and the pain of losing loved ones to such an awful disease.

I could have instead loaded the quicksave I made before the jump and walked instead but that would have taken much more time and I wanted to just get on with it instead of just walk for 20 seconds
screen tearing doesn not equal a bad pc. Screen tearing occurs when the GPU is pushing frames to the monitor at a higher rate than the monitor can display in a second.
No, screen tearing occurs when the GPU's output does not sync up with the monitor's refresh rate. Doesn't matter if it's higher or lower FPS. This is why we have monitors that sync up with the GPU output nowadays.
