As an Spaniard I'd call the courthouse distinctively eclectic Andalusian. It has distinctly southern Spanish vibes with all the tilework and the plain exterior vs ornate interior dynamic (also small windows because sun is not something you want more in those parts of Spain), about the ornate entrances though, that' calls more to the Renaissance and plateresque. Although you didn't speak much about it I'd like to point out one of the roofs in arabesque style compared to the rest that featured more Christian inspired aspect.
It's quite an experience learning about these styles coming from the Old Continent, but I do like the cozy vibe it gives compared to the shitty cristal blocks European international style has become...

Thank you for your valuable insight. As a native Californian, you grow up surrounded by all this abundant Spanish Colonial architecture and you take it for granted. But when something piques you curiosity about all this Spanish influence, you really want to begin to delve into the history of it all. Often, Spaniards will make You tube comments about Californian legacy architecture that is done in this style. I find it so fascinating when they discuss the origins of this Spanish colonial revival architecture and it's Andalusian, southern Spain, Moorish, and Italian Renaissance history. It's as though the Old World is really not that far removed from us. As you know, Spain's imprint on the New World and California in this instance is massive. While California's "Spanish" architecture definitely evolved into a native hybrid, I would think you would take some pride in Spain serving as an exemplar in architecture.
