Cool project. Just a word of caution, the pH sensor needs to be submerged in a liquid solution at all times -- as you can see, there's a liquid inside the pH probe, if this dries out, your pH sensor will not work properly. Also, pH sensors are quite sensitive and calibration every now and then.
