Finally found someone who does a video on how to do this. Thanks so much. This is the main reason I purchased the circuit joy. ❤
Thanks, perfect timing. Just came back from Target where I found a white twin sheet set- 100% polyester for $8. Now with my markers I can start creating! Always an inspiration Lorrie!
What kinds of paper did you write the label on before using the heat press? Is it basic printing paper or something special?
Sorry for the labels U printed with the cricut was the paper the same laser jet paper ?
Just what I needed to know! Thank you bunches!!! I got my Maker a few months ago, got Covid and was down for 6 weeks so didn’t get to use it much. Christmas - got the EasyPress, and now I’m ready to MAKE lots of things! Your videos kept me entertained in the hospital, and they will again while I recover from spinal surgery. 🥰 Love them all!
Do you have a video explaining how to make neck labels with the circut
Thank you so much for your tutorial, I rushed out the next day to purchase everything I needed. I still have to try it out but i'm sure it will work just as well as yours did. Thank you so much!!
How cool! I really never thought I’d use the infusible inks but this is really cool. I could make labels for all of my handmade quilts and other items I sew. Thanks for sharing. Now I need to design me a label!
Lori thank you for a clear example.of us8ng the Cricut pens. I was wondering about the process.
Excellent video, thanks, I have my infusible pens but I still not used..
Ditto and been wanting to make garment levels forever. Now to find some 100% polyester in the uk.
What type paper do you put your ink on ?
I want to know the same thing so if you find out please let me know
Yes, please
You say both butcher paper and parchment paper. Can we use either one?
Where do you find the heat transfer tape you used?
Thank you for doing this one! I enjoy all your videos!
Hey we have the same press! 🥰Lovee ur space !
Hey where can I find that little wire drawer set you have it all sitting on?😍 happy new year !!🎉
Thank you!
Thank you! : )
What kind of paper did you use ?
Wow! Great ideas! Thank you so much!
You said you would add info for using cotton, but I don't see that. How do I do that?
Love this!! Can you use cotton fabric? I like the Ribbon idea
Thanks Lorrie
Thank you, Lorrie! I was wondering about this!
What paper did you use to do the ribbon
Hi Lorrie. If you don't have a press, can it be ironed on? If so, could you please tell me what settings and how long? I love your pirate logo, she's so cute. Thanks for the instructions, just what I was looking for!
Hi Lorrie! For the process with the Cricut and typing it out in design space, what type of paper did you load on your mat?
I need to find the answer to this as well - or it standard paper ?
Hi can these be used for school uniform? Xx
I only have an inkjet printer. Can I print on multipurpose paper with my inkjet printer and continue on with the process?
Thank you, thank you, thank you ! 😊. This is exactly what I was looking for !!!
Hi Lorrie, have a question. I tried to make the fabric labels as per your instructions and they came out blurry or very light. I have an easypress2. The print on the paper was clear. What could I be doing wrong?
Can you reuse a printout to make several labels?
You can but it will increasingly get lighter with each reuse
Thanks for sharing!! I can’t wait to try it 😊
Hi!Did you use normal laser plain paper with Cricut?
Thanks so much for this video! I just got my maker and am dying to make some labels! Does it matter what type of paper you print on with the infusable ink in order to do the transfer??
I have not done it, but my understanding is it has to be laser printer paper or multi purpose paper that can be used in a laser printer. Regular printer paper can't stand the heat
Watched another UA-cam video comparing laser printer paper to multipurpose paper, and there was no difference in sublimation quality. Go with the multipurpose. 😊
I would like to try this. Two questions I have- what kind of paper is used in the cricut when using the infusible ink pens? Also, you called the paper used in the heat press both parchment and butchers paper- are these both the same thing?
They are not the same thing. Butcher paper is preferred but both work just fine. Butcher paper is a bit thicker and more absorbent. I use both. Also you can use multipurpose copy paper for the Infusible ink pens and/or sublimation
Lorrie Nunemaker Thanks. I made a winter coat for my daughter and would like to put a label in it.
👏👍👍👍🖖👏
So this is doable on CRICUT JOY? I have the several of the JOY pens. Haven't gotten pens for EXPLORE AIR 2😕
Hi Lorrie
Was the polyester ribbon grosgrain or matte?
I used a polyester satin finish
Lorrie, do you have to use laser paper for both methods?, Thank you
Can I ask if you, think you’d be able to do this on black ribbon? And please can you tell me the name of the cabinet in the background, I saw one years ago on a Facebook, and of course went to find it and it disappeared!
Where can u find the pics of girls to make like ur design? Neat idea. I looked in my little bag I won from ur channel and found it inside. Hadn’t even noticed it and I’m in it several times a day because I keep my diabetic test kit in it...lol.
I actually hand drew my logo. It’s my own artwork
I knew I can create my own personal label but I just didn't know what fabric to use ( leather, cotton, spandex) etc.
Hi Lorrie Question - when I pull up the cricut Easy press guide and select infusible ink pens the option for polyester is greyed out so I can’t choose the time. Is there a work around for this? (Of course I am wanting to make this now (lol) so I am going to give the same temp and time you used in the video a try). Thank you for another fun and informative video.
Sheila Johnson choose T-shirt. They are 100% polyester.
Wow... that was fast!!! Thank you!
What is the powder you use for cotton sublimation?
Powder? I didn't use any powder? I use Dyepress for cotton
Lorrie Nunemaker thank you. I thought it was a powder. I’ve seen them before. I’m going to have to look into this. Thank you again!
Can you just put your label on the inside of the shirt, so you would not have to sew a piece in?
I’m not very familiar with what a Cricket is or what functions it does. I’m going to check to see if there’s a video that shows it’s functions. Hope I don’t like it, because my husband would not be happy if I had a new toy!🤣
There are all kinds of videos here on YT using the Cricut. I have the Cricut Maker and LOVE it! There are so many things you can do with them! If you do any kind of crafts please consider getting one because you won't be disappointed!
You going to love it!!
It’s actually spelled Cricut because it cuts!
I don't get draw, I get Pen.
Why do people talk so damn much in tutorials? Just do the video and put directions in text boxes!
