@@eisikater1584 it doesn´t matter from where you post ............ the ZDF and other FUNK members wave most/all of ther copy rights to almost anything (everything that isn´t sports Events and musik wich they have only partial rights to) .......... but yes links should always be given
@@baronbrummbar8691For their own productions, that sure is true, but nonetheless you have to be careful when they use material they have licensed from someone else, which happens more often than not. If you want to re-publish that, it's better to ask them for permission and clearance. I had two legal issues, one for alleged copyright infringement, and one for using a trademark symbol without proper licensing. Both cases were dismissed but I had to pay my lawyers anyway.
Great reaction^^ If you like political cabaret in general, check out extra3 and Volker Pispers- "history of terrorism and the USA" I am sure you will enjoy :)
If you see this as violating, please don't think it's just about you! Satire in Germany generally is like this. It's supposed to hurt, because it's not primarily made to entertain but to convey a message.
btw for things the ARD/ZDF puts out you don´t need a copy right protection
As long as you cite the source and publish from within the EU, no. Outside, different laws may apply, but I'm not a lawyer.

The last interview is even funnier, if you listen to Günther Oeetinger's "very good English". There are several videos on UA-cam. 😂
Günther - don't f#@% with my backstop - öttiger! 😅
