When I was 15 I mixed a few ingredients to make this awesome green spicy sauce. I use to serve it to my friends and family when they came over and everyone loved it. They all said I should start selling it. I agreed and the first thing I looked up was the rules and regulations on selling food in the US. I found there were so many things I needed to get done before I can sell the product so I never did anything with it. The point is that I was 15 and was knew to look this up before trying to sell it and it really baffles me that she didn't think of any of that. SMH

There are countless men and women who do there jobs responsibly, work from the bottom up and grind. If any of these people where caught with unsafe food standards no one would look at them and say hey let's build your business even more. There livelihood would be destroyed. I'm not saying she needs her life ruined but at least some type of repercussion. the customer is right period point blank. everyone uses social media & gives reviews on products. the customer seen a lot of red flags and wanted to research further and give that information to anyone else who might potentially buy from her which is good because otherwise people would’ve been ordering a trash ass product. the host on this and the audience and even the woman who made the product just all seem delusional. i’m all for supporting small businesses ,especially black owned businesses but that is not ok.

This woman does not have the mindset to run a business. With any professional business, if somebody put out a viral video calling out the fact that their product is dangerous than the company would issue a private apology to the person and offer compensation either as a refund or send them a new product that isn’t rancid and would publicly acknowledge their mistake and publicly make strides towards fixing the issue and shipping out a better product because they would be concerned about public opinion. She might actually have a decent product if she goes about it the right way but the way she handles situations like this where she messed up will make other companies very hesitant to work with her because companies that partner with her because none of this is professional and being associated with someone like this will destroy their own credibility

That wasn’t the only problem. The stuff needed to be packaged in a cold environment and shipped cold. She didn’t have the means to do that. Once you open any dairy it’s over. She shipped out open dairy and repackaged it.
