I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again. This is the type of waterfowl content that real hunters want. I would love to see off season stuff too. Like working on camp, land management, and dog training.
Spoke with my Landlord tonight. We have permission to hunt his farm again this year. Some property lines have changed and he made me aware of that. He made it clear where we could set up blind and be on his land. Gave him a pound of the duck pepperoni sticks from hunting his land last year. He doesnt open his land to hunters unless you rent from him. He grows hay. We make sure each shell shot is accounted for. Shell casings are hard on his hay equipment. Cant wait.
I noticed some very clean grates on that smoker. 4 more days of work and back in the waders. Hopefully i will be throwing some birds on my own grill then.
As a waterfowler and outdoorsman from Michigan I love what this series explores. If your an waterfowler you're a glutton for gear. I love seeing these guys;' camps and their setups. Keep making these and showing us their gear and the expertise that goes into it all. I'd take that twin engine boat any day up here in the mid west!
I’m an avid rabbit hunter, but I really enjoyed the fellowship/friendship of the guys! The outdoors is much more enjoyable when you can share it with good friends, adventures, and food! First time watching this show, but I’m a fan already. Good episode!
Joose getting his section in the video is like those David Lee Roth monologues in a Van Halen song. It's the glue that makes the whole thing greater than great.
Excellent content and very entertaining. Thanks for producing this to show hunting is not about stacking up dead game. While killing animals is a necessary element, hunting is more about putting nutritious food on the table and enjoying it with family and friends. It doesn’t get any better than that.
You need to make a stop over in Kenmare, ND, self proclaimed Canada goose capitol of the US. For good reason. Nobody gives ND any thought, but they are one amazing duck and goose factory. They even have a "Goosefest" in October
This series is SERIOUSLY sumthin I've become enamored with. The recipes, the hunts, the Bantry between y'all? Can't get enough of. Please keep this series going for a LOOOOOOONG TIME if possible.🙂👍 Lovin this, absolutely lovin it. By the way anyone else get hungry after these? Just curious.🤔 Peace ✌😎
This is just a great depiction of what family hunting camp is about each year that week or so just takes me back to what it was like growing up not being able to sleep the night before now it’s about just hanging out with who still goes and damn the foods always good mabey not this level but it’s damn close
Let's freaking go! Love watching this group do their thing. If you guys even consider taking fans on hunting trips, let me know where to send my deposit!
“Yea you hit it, it just fell after I shot.” 😂😂 Too damn funny. Great work boys, keep it up. @JPB I hit up Ramsey, he’s hooking me up with a hat! Thank you for the help man.
All that food looks so damn good! That goose stew looks absolutely amazing. Please tell me ya'll kept some of that offal from that hog. I just put some feral hogs in the freezer a couple of weeks ago and my wife made a killer paté from the liver of a sow. She gets pissed if I don't bring back the heart & liver at a minimum. All the guys from the duck camp remind me so much of the guys at our elk camp. I just love this series - feels like family!
Great show, enjoy learning about Louisiana and the southern way of hunting life in these series. Just one question, what's the deal with Steven shooting at that pig out from under you, Blake?!
Please don't ever stop making this series.
💯
Agreed!
YES!!!
Fact’s
Let's just crash their camps. I'll sleep on the floor bruh 🥺
The sound it makes when he's gutting that thing is somehow satisfying me

@@strydershadow391 I consider that land management. But I’m glad someone brought it up

That ending has my mouth watering so hard🥹
This and Duck Lore are probably my favorite waterfowl shows.

Great start. I've seen 3 minutes and already have a question. Why are the ducks in brine and just salted and rinsed later?
Baw that ol 90 weight gravy was lookin yea.

Can a new Houstonian come along for the next trip? I’ll make the drive. I’ll do the grunt work. Just show me the way.

When hunting birds in the south how do you avoid gators for you and your dogs?
Have to wait until it’s cold. In Venice there’s not that many as there’s fresh and salt water down there. Bayou black is full of them
