This is a Beach Boys song, that's why you coudn't find the lyrics. Vince is performing this at a 2001 tribute to the great Brian Wilson. I recommended it, because you've heard Vince Gill, but you haven't heard what he can really do, vocally. This is among his most stellar performances, as far as I'm concerned. He did a version of Surf's Up that night, that was also super impressive. He sounded like an operatic tenor.

The reason why the harmonies are great is because Vince is being backed up by the Brian Wilson Band...the best live act of the 2000's.

This was a beach boys song. That’s probably why you were not able to get the lyrics if you typed it under the name of Vince Gill. He did this song justice.
