I have anxiety and I had to go to a doctor at 8am, and I have a history of being too anxious to make it through these appointments (becoming physically ill). Anyway, this vlog brought such an incredible sense of calm to me that is foreign to me. I think it has to do with your vibe, the art, your viewpoints, and also how you take things *slowly* instead of rushing. I am taking notes.... because something in here effected me. I’m so grateful.
