At the beginning I was saying to myself, “The pace is too slow.” By the end I was saying “this is work can I even make it to the end.) 😅 Great session!
Hey can you explain an easy way to attach the top of a double end bag into the ceiling? I want to do it in my garage, the ceilings cement but I’m afraid the ceilings gonna fall down or something if do it lol
Thank you, sir, (what is your name!) for these free lessons. Going full speed, this was surprisingly sweat-inducing. An unduly ambitious part of me wants to learn boxing, and Goju-Ryu karate (the basis of Karate Kid). But, being underemployed and maybe relying on emergency credit to pay basic expenses, I cannot afford any level. Just like as yet I cannot afford Goju-Ryu classes...
Getting yourself "in the flow" is one of the most challenging aspects of any sport; particularly so in combat sports like boxing, where your "flow" is constantly disrupted by your opponent who normally doesn't stand there like a mannequin to take your punches ad DOES fight back! :) Hence, if I may add my poor-man's 5 cents of wisdom, I believe it is a good idea to always incorporate sudden changes ("disruptions") in your flow, in order to simulate the fact that your opponent has radically different ideas about how the match should proceed... :)
@@PrecisionBoxing totally in tune with your techniques 😅 Most of my boxing I learned from you. Someone told me recently that he could see I was learning from you 😁👊 I thought it was a great compliment!
the second combo feels strange for me. just kinda awkward throwing those uppercut to the body, ill practice more lol. I'd never really throw an uppercut to the body in sparring/fighting so that's probably why it feel weird. Time to drill them a little more. thanks for the great workout though!
You are right, these flow combos are hard on the bag. I don't really have any tips for it other than to take a step with your feet to adjust distance before moving on to the next section. Add in your own steps between punches.
Hi there, love the video, I was just wanting to ask a question I’m 24 and I did MMA/Boxing for 5 months when I was 21 but Unfortunately circumstance changed and I was no longer able to go, I guess my question is would it be too late for me to get back into it being 24? Would really like some advice on this, thank you!
I'm right handed and always leading with my right side feels more natural but isn't that considered a south paw? Should i stick with what feels natural or train myself to lead with my left because my right is my strong side? My left foot and left hand forward doesn't feel bad either though. I feel like i can switch back and forth pretty easy. What is best?
You should focus on your natural style, but practicing orthodox and changing styles is definetely something you can look into too because it may sometimes be a useful technique, just like orthodox fighters learn southpaw and changing to use as a tool

You should show these wannabe UA-camr boxers a thing or two.

Thank you Josh! Way to see it through.

Hi JT, thank you for those awesome videos. Can I ask you to put some video about the pad work with Bivol combination? Many thanks.

Keep up the great work! I never get sick of your footwork videos!
Great little workout
Thanks coach
Great stuff, man! I really enjoyed it!
Added a duck R (southpaw) double jab out at the end for funs
YES! that's what I like to hear Kristen. None of these are set in stone, add or modify based on what works for you :)
Block 3 is a lil’ challenging to coordinate on the bag. Esp how close you are to the bag by the end of block 2. Any tips?

@@PrecisionBoxing Many thanks coach 🙏will improvise with footwork accordingly.
Thanks a lot!
Thanks!

24 is a great age, you can still make huge improvements. we had a Canadian middleweight champ start around 22-23.
@@PrecisionBoxing thank you!! Certainly motivated me to give it another go

Stay southpaw, just reverse everything you see in the video.
@@PrecisionBoxing awesome thanks.
I'm the same looked into it and it might be because I'm left eye dominant.
