Those punch-outs.. we didnt have a name for them when i Boxed for the US Navy but what i do remember is they were very taxing on the Body because we would do them 1-2 min straight after combo's too! Good work..👍

My bag is swinging like hell when I do combination punching then I am lunging/bending forward to hit it breaking my form/posture . Should I hit it softly to maintain form ?
Yes certain combos will make the bag swing more. I usually just pause in the combo and hit the bag as it’s swinging back towards me, effectively stopping it. Hitting it light is also an option

Stamina has actually been one of my weaker elements throughout my life, so in my adulthood i've tried my best to fix it. I get my best results from regular fast training, so i'm better when I do 20-25 minute workouts at high intensity. Its hard to train this way everyday, so you have to have light days in between. Train 5-6 days a week.
@@PrecisionBoxing i never thought that stamina was your weak element because whenever i finish one of your videos you're always there still throwing and jumping while i'm exhausteddd 🤣🤣also when you said 20-25 minute is that the workout Boxing Combos and Conditioning (25 minutes)? or is there another one you recommend
@@builder481Go non stop for 20 minutes Boxing. Like this workout but double the time. Then finish with 100 burpees as fast as you can do them in sets of 10-20
