    5g = 5000 mg not 500 mg
    5% Bupivacain contains 50 (not 5) mg/ml
    easy rule: the percentage x 10 is the mg/ml
    that is because 1 ml weighs 1g ie. 1.000 mg

      It is 0.5g pay attention which equals 500mg
