Also when ventilating 1 Lung, I am assuming you would cut Tv in half (if in VC) but as far as O2 levels, would you allow for higher FiO2 levels?

Is it possible to reverse the clamping of the tubes to work on the opposite lung? Ventilate through the bronchial with a clamped tracheal port above the vent

Didn't understand, when we are ventilating one lung and leaving other without ventilation, the othe lung without ventilation, will it not collapse and become dead altogether?

Trachea not esophagus you’re going to cause aspiration. ETC tube ( esophageal tracheal combo tube) is an option for pre-hospital emergency airway management. It doesn’t matter if it goes to esophageal or the trachea but it needs to be replaced with an endotracheal tube ASAP.
