Each movement assessment should follow the neurodevelopmental continuum seen from early developmental patterns seen in the infant, so that staged stabilisation progression can be assessed to identify the breakdown in the primal developmental stages
another factor to appreciate is what is termed locked short and long, what this actually represents is the type of distortion that is locked into the fascial membranes in either compression or expansion
these two forces drives the neuro-myofascial distortion around a slope of distortion that acts an axis for movement, where on one side the fascia is locked short or in compression and the other side is locked long or expansio
out of curiosity why is the before and after examples demonstrated differently...surely the before test and after should be the same.. so two arms on both or single arm on both.. just curious
Will doing exercises like ab wheel rollouts slow and controlled make the spine stiffer by training the abs? i ask because i have arthritis in the lowerback yet can still exercise.
This probably will go unanswered. But does anybody have a link to the interventions/strategies she used 'in-session' as she said at the end of the video to correct the scapular dyskinesis?
i use this principle with great success and have noticed immediate changes in relative flexibility and stiffness

relative stiffness and flexibility are actually neuromyofascial integration mechanisms

aaron driver so where do I learn more about this technique.

We are happy to refer that to the oraganizers. So stay tuned for further information. dreicast
