I just built my own tool roll for my bike. It’s already come in handy several times, even in my 2023 Suzuki GSX-8S. I occasionally adjust mirrors, and recently I needed to adjust my shifter because I got a new pair of Forma boots, which are thicker in the toe area. I added some spare fuses too. I might start my own motorcycle blog, and if I do I’ll share my tool choices! Thanks for the videos. I have been watching doodle for awhile, so I’m happy to have found your channel too!😊🏍️
I have the same Fanttik inflator. I bought the quick connect chuck, that makes it much easier to attach to the valve stem. I also carry a male/female USB 3 foot cable that allows easier charging it while riding, I’ll put it in my tank bag and run the long cable to a USB port on the dash, similar to what you have on Spicy Boi. Good video on useful stuff! Thanks
another great Video, i got my License here in Germany last week and bought alle the good Safety stuff and the Cardo packtalk edge, next is the bike. the tire inflator is so cool, definitely on my list. Thanks and Ride safe 👍
Solid list right there. I would also recommend Pinlock anti-fog inserts for the visor (if available for your specific helmet) and a good set of auxiliary lights/mini driving lights if you ride a lot at night or do a lot of touring (assuming they are road legal in where you are coming from). Tools that help give you good visibility of the road ahead are invaluable.
The one here is the AGV corsa R, unfortunately no longer sold. Closest and most affordable thing to it is the AGV K6...and the track and unaffordable version of it is the AGV Pista
@@AntiParallali Thanks for the reply Lali! Yeah I was looking into the K6S, just curious as to what some motoyoutubers use since I haven’t seen it be used.
Even the mounts with dampening will destroy OIS sooner or later. So put your 1000usd phone in them at own risk. iPhone 13 OIS dead, my firends S23 Ultra OIS dead, both died while using dampening mounts. Does it help? Sure! Does it prevent destroying the camere? Hell NO
You have quickly become my favorite motorcycle channel. You provide so much useful information, especially to someone like me who is just getting into motorcycles and is getting his first bike in the Spring.
I agree - a tool kit is essential. Mine was cludged together but that was almost 50 years ago when I started riding :) I also had a set of rain gear stacked away in the minuscule saddle bags. I will check out the glasses - they seem like they would be really useful.
I recommend investing in a good paddock stand. If you get a quality one, you’ll have it forever. Cheap ones tend to be shaky doesn’t last long. Good way to get a good deal is buy used. I have a set of pit bull stands that I have had for 15 years and have used on multiple bikes.
My head circumference is exactly 21 inches. I want to purchase a AGV K1 S helmet and the measurements for (xs) 20.9-21.3 (s) 21.7-22.0 I’m not sure which to go with, if anyone has any recommendations please let me know. Love these tips Lali, thank you. ✨
Hey Lali, I saw your *Progressive ad* on another channel I follow 👍 Not gonna lie, I was a bit shell shocked when I heard your voice (as I was focused on mouse-ing over to the 5 second ad kill button). Very cool Lali, Progressive was smart picking you up and I hope this nets you a ton of well deserved subscribers (along with more ad revenue). And...Happy Turkey Day... 😎
I can verify that Cardo and a paddock stand are SO awesome. The rest I don't have (yet) so can't attest to those but obviously with some minor think it everything are solid picks. I do own and rider with glasses just not flying eyes (somewhat sadly) but mine do the job pretty well luckily.
PeakDesign puts out some great quality gear, been supporting them back at their original kickstarter. Great list of accessories! Definitely add a few to my setup. Prost!
The Flying Eyes is a mixed bag. I’ve decided to keep them as my riding glasses, it only just. They’re great because of how thin they are. I have an Arai XD-4 and a Corsair-X, and they both have cutouts for glasses. They are more comfortable than my normal glasses, but they move around more because they’re not normal sized. Also, because they’re so thin, and therefore comfy in the helmet, they’re flimsy and constantly fall down my nose and are really annoying. I have to keep a retractable head wrap which keeps it on my head where I want. I only use it when traveling and going to be on the bike for 6+ hours and I look a bit like a douche, but it’s comfy. I also like that I can just slap the blue reflective lens on when I’m back on the tarmac and take it off again and use my goggles when I’m back on the trail.
Hmmm, Flying eyes, huh? I've been looking for a solution to the same problem with my glasses. The rasing up and down and the pressure points suck! I'll check them out. Thanks!
I ended up getting a pair of Flying Eyes glasses, I want to say, the second time they sponsored you. (I forgot to use the Lali code; but I was less interested in the discount and just made sure they knew I got them from your sponsorship. lol) Literally, my only complaint about them, is that if I'm looking straight down (like someone handing me something while on a ladder, or picking something up off the floor) that's when they slide off and hit the ground, or get whacked away as I try to catch them. The only damage is a small scratch on the magnetic clip-on's mirror finish, and that happened the first week. There's been no other damage since. They're also a lot easier to clean than my old glasses; rubbing alcohol and a cotton swab, then some lens cleaning solution and a thorough wipe; good as new! Anyway, that's a long winded way of saying thank you Lali and Flying Eyes, for what is so far my best pair of glasses ever. I'm not entirely sure the lenses my optometrist's office put in are shatter proof, since I forgot to ask specifically for that. So that's my only tip; make sure, if you're using them for riding, that you get shatter proof lenses in the unfortunate happenstance you catch debris. *knock on wood*
That's interesting about the sliding, I have that happen to me when my nose get really oily (but that's with all my glasses) especially because my lenses are somewhat thick like -4 and -3.5 and adding the clip on just puts more weight on the front part of them making it easier for them to slide off. Idk what the solution is other than maybe tightening the little screws at the temples so they can grip your head better. And maybe wiping the oil off the nosepads 🤷♀️

Hi Lali! Your education places you in a unique position as a moto ambassador; I'm sure you read many impenetrable scientific articles and you understand statistics. Few people seem to have read the Hurt report that, aside from drinking and riding, concludes that _conspicuity_ (being seen) is a critical safety factor. And Hi-viz clothing and helmet help that a lot. Roadside workers dress in hi-viz yellow. In the face of this, most riders seem to select clothing and helmets based upon style - and looking good. Is this really riding smart when it's so easy to be more visible? The Hurt report is available on the web. May I ask you to think about it?
Not a tool video, Lali! Proper preflights and regular maintenance keeps my tool kits at home. Flat tires were a problem until I figured out to always ride in tire tracks. My phone is only on me if I need help. In my pocket. It has no other use.
For your tool kit - instead of having multiple sockets for every bolt, I went the other way and just switched every bolt, but hose clamps, to allen key heads. This way I just need an 8mm nut for the hose clamps and 4 allen keys for the rest of the bike (excluding wheels ofc). Regarding stands, no freaking clue why the prices differ sooo much. I think I payed for front and back like 90€ and they work just as fine, as the way more expensive ones my buddy has. Only thing that is IMO worth the money, is a centry stand / lift like the ConStands. They cost like 200-250€ with your bikes adapter plate and they are great. Can work on your whole bike with just one stand. Before I got it, I had to lift my bike at the frame, if I wanted to work on my fork. Worked too, but was a bit sketchy. 🙃

That Peak Design mount and USB charger are the ones I'm getting asap. Was looking into quadlock vs RAM they're so expensive and with so many accesories. Thanks!
As a user of both peak and quad lock I would suggest you spend a little more and get the quad lock 👍made my life about 10x better than when I used the peak design. Plus my phones camera was ruined with the peak design 😞
@thaaalegend2775 thought the Peak had integrated vibration dampening? At least that's how it's sold on Amazon.
@@diegobahena1274 it does but for some reason it doesn’t work as well as the quad lock 😞 I ended up having to get a new phone and have had no problems since
@@diegobahena1274 I’ve seen other people also have the same problem with the dampening on peak
