අපේ සංචාරක කර්මාන්තය දියුණු කරගන්ඩ ඇත්ත වශයෙන්ම ලෝකයේ තියෙනවා ඔය ආබාධිත අය සියයට 15කට වැඩිය සංචාරය කරනවා. ඒ මිනිස්සුන්ට අවශ්‍ය කරන පහසුකම් ගුවන්තොටුපොළේ ඉඳලම හෝටලේ දක්වා ලබා දෙන්න පුළුවන් නම් ඒකට ඒකට අවශ්‍ය කරන උපකරණ යන්තරෝපකරණ හෝ වේවා! වෙනයම් දෙයක් හෝ වේවා! ඇතිකරන්න අපිට පුළුවන් නම් එම සංචාරකයින් ලංකාවට විශාල වශයෙන් ගෙන්න ගන්න හැකියාව අපිට ලැබෙනවා, එතුමගේ එම අදහසක් හරිම වැදගත් ඒ වගේම අපිට කරන්නත් පුළුවන් බොහෝ හෝටල්වල පවා ම ආබාධිත පුද්ගලයන්ට අවශ්‍ය කරන පහසුකම් තිබිය යුතුයි. එහෙම තිබුණනම් මම හිතන්නේ සංචාර කර්මාන්තයේ විශාල පිම්මක් පනින්න හැකියාවක් තියෙනවා

Agree with these guys. My personal experience is after doing the tourist board approval on line, I was asked to bring all the documents I uploaded to the tourist board office with certified by a JP. I don't know the JP and JP don't know me. Had to go to see him couple of times as he wasn't at home when I get there. What is the point of certifying with JP. If the tourist board has any doubts they can ring them directly and check. They are making the approval so hard I felt what is the point of investing in Sri Lanka. Also the Sri Lankan authorities mind set is they suspect everyone. None of the models will work if you build your business focusing on crooks first.

Also need to talk about tuk tuk mafia especially in Galle. This is really bad. None of the Uber or pick me can come as they get beaten up by tuk tuk mafia. Year before last my family was one of the victims of this.
