My to do:
1. Make my bed
2. Make a coffee, sit and enjoy it
3. Make breakfast and clean the dishes
4. A quick tidy of the apartnent before work so when i come home its clean and tidy
5. Walk the doggy

Love your videos! Are you able to do a night routine suited for coming home from work/uni after a long day? Needing inspiration on cooking dinner, small amount of cleaning etc when you frankly just can’t be bothered but have to! 🤣
That first point, I couldn't agree more. I realise that when I take time just to "really wake up", I have more energy to be more productive that when I just wake up and start rushing around👌

Great tips. My struggle as a shift worker is maintain any sort of consistency but I'll definitely work on this. The tip about warming up your brain was an ah-hah moment for me. Sometimes I feel so overwhelmed when I go from my quiet home to the noise and madness of my busy workplace.
I think your tips will really help with the transition. 💜💜💜💜

Great video Rachel, I also like to just sit in the morning and actually wake up and drink my morning tea (no coffee for me). I also do my exercise in the morning which helps me a lot.

Thank you for the organizing routine video, Rachael. As usual, great editing. I do have morning routines which I always do everyday as well like tidying up the bed, brushing teeth, washing my face, opening up the curtains, drinking my vitamin etc. 👌🏼😊

I love your morning and night routines they are fab. Any tips for making changes to your routines when living with a partner. I had a great morning routine living alone but can’t seem to maintain one anymore.

I’m up at 6 - make my bed, tea, unpack the dishwasher, load of laundry, shower, dressed, more tea, makeup then put the door. I wish I had time to sit and look out the window 😒
I do my to-do list weekly, then break it down into days. I listen to Audible on the way to work.
