My manual (LS Mt357) has a temperature chart that shows the amount of preheat time. @ -30ºC (=-22ºF) it says 40 seconds. I would look for “cold starting” in table of contents in your manual, or text search in digital version for ‘cold’ and see what pops up… As it’s safe to say that the colder it is the longer the glow plugs need. If the battery can’t handle it, then at least use a battery tender that has the ability to also give a small boost when cranking, and try and get that block heater installed… (I have mine plugged in right now.)
I have a little 1987 sub compact diesel tractor and live in the North. I installed a radiator heater which is easy. I leave that heater on an hour. I hold on the glow plug for 1 minute before cranking . Crank until it starts or start all over again.
I have that same tractor, my is a 2021 model, mine has never failed to start, but I live in the south and we don't see temps like you have, still a great tractor...

Minus 25 with no block heater, parked outside, no sun exposure. Hmm.
My truck starts
My MT 125 in negative 0 degrees needs to cycle the glow plugs 2 or 3 times before cranking it?
Yea it is a hard starter under 10°F. Above ten no issues
Was looking at one of these tractors as the pricing is good. Would you recommend it ? Or get a different more established brand.
Go a doffernt brand if your buying with the intention od getting your tractor repaired well
Is it a Mitsubishi engine? I have Mahindra Max 26 xl with same problem.

All brands have issues
This one just WAY more then others. At least if the other brands break you can get parts and have a decent dealer Network
