- Today I bought a MASSIVE collection of old toys and Antiques...
bid on them online here bidlive.kaucti...
follow me as I unbox these treasures and get them ready for an auction!
That was a cool unboxing video interested to see everything else
For sure
For once, I am excited about seeing a collection of old toys. I am 77 y/o, so the toys are my memories. Please, Alex, try to show us some girl toys, like the doll house pots and pans. I spent hours playing with my doll house from the '50's. My mom saved it for me, so I still have it. Alas, no original doll furniture. But years later, my parents bought me lots of little replica items for my doll house. This toy journey is going to be so much fun. ❄️❄️☃️❄️❄️☃️❄️❄️
Agree
I’d love to see doll house things too. My dad made my doll house in early 60s, and I had all kinds of cool furniture etc. unfortunately it got left with my cousin’s when we emigrated to the USA when I was 10.
I remember when you were building this house, Alex, and I thought, "Wow, what a huuuuge garage!" Now, it seems like you could have doubled the size and still filled it up in a jiffy!🤣
There is enough space on that side of the property for him to build another structure for storage / sorting if he decides to do that in the future.
Stuff expands to fill the available space!
That may be true but Alex sells as quickly as he sorts. Problem solved
If I am watching any other UA-cam channel and I see you pop up, I change over immediately! I love unwrapping all these treasures with you. 😊
Same here.
My aunt collected those ,bat, operated toys,I collected ,for many many years,10000s of toys, kinda still do.had several ,auctions at an auction house.but still have lots more stuff.model kits,un built ,that brought back good memories.
I just love these digging through boxes videos! It's like discovering treasure right along with you. There are a lot of times I've seen things in your hoarded house videos and I would recognize it from my childhood. (I'm old LOL) A lot of kitchen appliances and stuff that my Mom had too! Can't wait for part two of this!
I love the way you entertain yourself and make yourself laugh😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Hiya Alex. I wonder if you would be able to do a video of you cleaning up that Space Tank?Always been fascinated by watching people clean up/restore old things!
Good suggestion!
I LOVE that you are going through all the box's on camera!
That is so awesome, can't wait for the next video's.
Alex! I'm dying here! I've seen 2 items that I had as a little girl! I thought the dolls blew me away but this, mind blown! Can I come play?
Melissa is there! Melissa, can I come play in your garage? What fun! You lucky lady!
My toy box was stolen by our movers back in 1960! If I see one more thing I had in my toy box 65 years ago. I'll freak! I have been looking for old friends for all these years! Found a story book I had on Ebay!
Now back to the show. Imma rewind and see what I've missed while commenting on the show! Woot, woot! 🎄🎅🏽🙂🙂👍🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹
Yayyyy another new series!!! It’s so much fun discovering new treasures with you. I just imagine my father playing with toys like this when he was a kid. It’s like I’m opening each item with you, thank you for not rushing through the boxes ❤
......But ! ..... I find it maddening that he will pick up an item three or four times before actually taking it out of the box and looking at it. Also, unwrapping an item and
leaving the paper in the box - creating unnecassary clutter. I know he has been doing this for a long time and sometimes gets excited about the "next treasure" but -
in my mind - I would try to be as efficient as possible.....pick up an item ONCE - figure out the sorting - come back later for further examination and valuation.
@@urbanurchin5930 he does what works for him.
Alex, that duck lamp looks like an Oregon Ducks mascot. Go Ducks!
It may be your birthday, but you have the good fortune to make any day you unbox toys feel like Christmas! Not a bad job to have Alex! I do appreciate how much work goes into acquiring, transporting, sorting and selling - but the possibility that the next piece you unwrap could be real treasure must be soooo exciting!
I still have most of my set of the little building blocks. Had so much fun building with them.
Like all those miniature furniture for the doll houses. That is cool. Have a great day
My grandpa had that ford retractable hard top when I was a kid (but the real thing). What a great memory this box gave me❤
I like the mixed boxes of smalls. Even the wooden box was cool.
Happy Birthday Alexander 🎂. Have a great time with your lovely family.
Very fun to see what you will find in these boxes!
So much fun watching ❣
OMG! I had that battery bartender. His face went red and a little smoke would come out of his ears. I wonder whatever happened to mine. That was a fantastic smile you gave me this morning. 😃
Omg I loved the cylinder full of bricks! My grandma had a set in her toy closet. What a memory!!
Lovely rummage through all those toys. Thanks for sharing another entertaining adventure.
Has anyone mentioned that the little duck Lamp seems like it maybe a University of Oregon Duck? My grandbabies are from two kids who fell in love as Freshman Ducks! I am going to be watching this item for sure.
Thank you Alex. Have a good evening ❤️🤗
This was a GREAT unboxing video! As a young child of the 50’s you revealed many items I remember.
I found your channel when you had that car the old white ambulance. I loved it ever since.
me too and have watched every episode posted, Some more than once.Just love this wonderful channel
Hope you are having a very happy birthday today Alex! Watching you sort through boxes for treasures is so fun! Hopefully you are having lots of fun with your family today!
The Smalls❤️❤️❤️❤️! And the ephemera….. handle with care, we love them so! You are a Rock ⭐️ Star ⭐️ !!!
I love watching you unbox old toys. Your enthusiasm is contagious. Certainly different than the Great Teacup Stressfest!. You didn't say "neat-o!" even once for the china. I love watching all of it, but your love of old toys is my feel good moment of the hour!
Hi,its verry beautifull pieces of collection.i love old diecast.
Wow amazing.bravo (hicham from morocco)
Cool Toys🎉🎉You sure enjoyed making this video more than separating the cups and saucers🙄🤣🤣🤣
It was a pleasure to watch!! What a blast from the past!!
Always check those little adhesive tape tins, my grandmother stored her rings in one and my dad threw it away cleaning the desk! He never cleaned a desk out again.
Hi Lefty, You do just fine without using your GoPro. Keeping yourself busy. Thanks for the post
Tanks a lot Brother Alexander for sharing Your Adventures. I like the tank the best too😀👍♥️🇨🇦🇺🇸🌎♥️♥️💯💯
HAPPY BIRTHDAY ALEXANDER !
i feel like some of that stuff is a gold mine for miniature makers☀️
I like the little bike tag. My grandmother came from Dalhousie, Nova Scotia.
I have the Snoopy watch, too! I got it for Christmas 1975.
My dad did the same thing in about 1970 - bought out an entire toy store that closed down. It all landed in our basement. I sold a lot of the Matchbox cars off about 15 years ago, still in their boxes! Back then they were worth a few bucks.
Cool! Here we go. The treasure hunt ☮️💜✨
I’m 66 years old from a. small coalmining community. We had very few toys.
What a nifty video. I think I'm going to enjoy this series and will eagerly await browsing through the lots when it gets posted.
I just glanced at the auction, and I saw the hot wheel city playset my brother had when we were kids.
Oh, this is the type of toys I like! Also congratulations on your birthday.
HI Alex love it when you go through the boxes and find old vintage stuff like old toy cars and the one I liked the two old barmen drinking looking forward to seeing more of this fantastic stuff from the hoarder's house
Most enjoyable..!!...love the surprise boxes..🥰
my brother and sister in law collect those old tin toys....the goofier the better !!😄
I remember taking an old,Japanese friction toy apart ,to find it made out of a old coffee can or something.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, Alexander!! And many, many more. Eat some cake!!!
Love your enthusiasm!
OMG… I haven’t seen one of those cardboard canisters of building bricks since I was a child. My grandmother had a set that provided us with hours of entertainment.
I had that convertible when I was I kid!
Fascinating and a few nostalgic memories coming back to me.
Happy Birthday Alexander and may the years ahead be good to you.
I think you may need a purpose built addition to save you all the stress of having to move everything around and out of your garage. I am learning lots about collectibles from you. Keep those estate coming! Greeting from Australia
I'm seeing this on the 5th of Dec. -So Happy Birthday Alexander !
Thank you Alex
Thanks Alex for starting another series. We seriously can’t get enough. I’m kinda thinking you could make a television show out of these things as long as they don’t change you from videoing with your hand held camera. It really is something that we all love and are used to now. 🤟🏼🤍
So exciting to see what your going to discover love theses videos yeah
In the first box you sorted in the house,I saw accessories for the "kitchen tin things".
So HAPPY for you guys that your last sale went well! Have a MERRY Christmas and a Spectacular New Year.
Maybe use an old cupcake pans for sorting the tiny stuff.
BING is a famous toy maker - until 1932. It usually comes up alongside Schuco (another famous German toy maker company) - both were from Nuremberg. But Schuco is meanwhile sold, and BING closed down their toyproduction in 1932.
Very cool toys! Thanks, Alex & Melissa! 🎇
We had one of those bartender toys growing up. It was my Dad's. We did not play with it unless it was under his eyes.
That Hubley toy airplane could be a sleeper. Hubley is a big collectable toy in the US.
🙋🏼♀️🕊. There are a lot of doll house miniatures there you need to have a box for them , because they are .wanted….👍👍
Hi Alex! Hope the auction bought new shoes for the kids! So excited to see what wonders lie in the boxes!
I think the kids will not go shoeless this Winter. He did really well at the auction.
Gucci or Louis Vuitton.
@@favouritemoon4133 did he mention an overall total on what both auctions made?
I am curious also about what profit was made.
@@shannonnakamura9932 Alexander used to talk about profits, but often this led to questions in the comments asking for explanations about his personal taxes etc. so one day he simply stated he would no longer divulge profits.
one minute in and I already see three things I want. LOL
Happy Birthday, Alex 🥳🎊🎉🎁🎂
I MUST have that Smurfs top! Love that tin bear too.
I like your treasure hunt and unboxing videos very much. Thanks for uploading and greetings from Germany Juergen
I'm almost afraid to watch this.... I'm a 1956 baby and these memories will bring tears I'm sure.... oh well here goes ....
I'm nearly 70 and I was given a set of the "rubber" building block when I was a very young child. I played with them until they begged for their life and I still have them. My kids weren't so interested in playing with them, but I got to have a little thrill while trying to interest them in them. LOL I've never seen them anywhere else until I saw the ones in your box. VERY cool stuff in these boxes! when will these be auctioned??
A lot of the smalls would be cool in old Mason jars as What-not jars.
Loving all the neat treasures you come across
I believe at 18:45 you’ll find that duck is not Donald, it’s from the University of Oregon (the O on the sweater is a dead giveaway)! “Go Ducks!”
i really loved this video and collection of stuff,so much cool retro stuff
Happy belated birthday Alexander, really enjoy your videos and seeing what you have bought. Best wishes to you and your family .
Cool,I have the bartender,it was my dad's 🤗
Alex that was fabulous fun Thank you.
HaPpy Birthday Alex !!!🎂🎉🎉
What a job sorting all of that!! You have lots of patience! I know you'll have fun going through all of it, since toys do seem to be your thing, besides old cars. Enjoy!!
The last fly in Canada 😆😆 It picked a beautiful spot to retire.
Would you be able to do a video of what these tin toys do? I would love to see the drinking toys the most since you said that smoke comes out of their ears, their cheeks turn red and the eyes spin! I have never seen toys like those. This was fun. Thank you Alex.
There are UA-cam videos showing those toys in action.
Nice, looking forward to seeing the rest of the items ❤
Snoopy watch from 1970s. I have one too.
11:44 The Sons of Scotland is Canada's oldest Civilian Pipe Band, founded in 1896. You can check out their history by searching for Sons of Scotland pipe band.
can't wait to see the rest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Happy birthday. An even better year to come. Thanks for interesting videos 🎉🕺🎂🎁😊
That Bear with the shot gun gave me a good chuckle considering the discussion that was going on a facboook page about bareing arms and arming bears yesterday . . .
? Love these kind of videos love looking at old stuff can’t wait till the next one it will be fabulous also
Some really good finds.
Hey Alex, that 60s space tank can be found on Ebay, between $80 for s rusted out one but has the antenna, to upwards of $600 I've seen for near mint condition! Cool little find!
That misc. box made me think of what my kids called the drunk drawer. 😂
This is wild! A Boomer's Christmas dream come true! 🎄
Very cool! You just don't see shooting and drinking toys anymore 🤣 I do love Smurfs, my son was born in '83 so we spent a lot of time with them 💙 Excited to see what else is in those boxes!
Dang you passed right over the tiny plunger! I also want to see girl toys. You always hastily go past them!
Alex is only interested in old oil cans, and hot wheels cars, so that's what you're primarily gonna see.
