As a collector you should be disgusted at the fact that those toys were abandoned they're going to sit in that house until the day the house gets tore down so does it really matter
Screw that bro it’s been abandoned so as far as I’m concerned anyone should be able to take the collectables i so would if i ever came across a house like this that is abandoned!
@@chloew5300 if it’s been abandoned and nobody wants to take responsibility for it all it’s no different than garbage really than and you don’t need to worry about legalities to pick abandoned garbage now do you! Lol 😂
@@joehuemmer2927 every business and residency can be consider private property whether covered in trash or not. Without permission, someone could still get trespassing charges regardless. Even if the place is abandoned, it could still be on private property. Which would still be considered stealing if anyone took anything. Probably why it’s still sitting there like it is. These guys had to get permission somehow to do so.
The owner closed his toy and comic book store and used his house to store everything. They currently use that house for storage. Surprised the owners kids didnt catch you guys in the house but they dont come by there very often. The kids saved their dads collection after he passed. I live about 3 miles from the house and heard they locked the house down to prevent people from going back in it.
These videos are equally fascinating as they are sad. It reminds me how short our time is. This owner must've really loved his toy store. Update: After reading the comments here I went back and watched the video again. It's definitely staged, not one lick of dust. None on anything in that house. I'm very surprised upon staging they didn't factor that into account.
Time is short! The most important thing that everyone should be doing now is Salvation through Jesus Christ. Time grows short. Don't delay because no one is promised tomorrow. Our Blessed Hope, our Savior Jesus Christ. Do you know him? Do "you", ("whoever" is reading this), know Jesus? Even more, are you "Saved"? If Jesus were to return today, "now", would you be ready? Are you ready? That is the one question that you, and everyone, better know the answer to, because that is the most important decision you will ever make. Jesus is the "ONLY WAY TO SALVATION". There is no other way, "none". This "life" that you are living now, is a "limited" existence. The life after this is "ETERNAL", which brings us to another question: "Where do you want to spend eternity?" Well, you have only "two" choices: either "HEAVEN" or "HELL"! Not everyone will go to Heaven and likewise not everyone will go to Hell. It's your choice! It's always been your choice. Have you ever wondered why we all don't go to Heaven? Well, it's because of just one thing. But that "one" thing "separates" us all from God, and that one thing, is "SIN"! We are all born into sin, everyone is, and the Bible says that the wages (penalty) of sin is "Death". You see, because of our sins, when we all die, we are all "eternally separated" from God. But you know what? God Loves you so much that he made a way for you, for all of us. The Bible also teaches us that even though the penalty (wages) for our sins is death, we can gain SALVATION (a GIFT FROM GOD) through his only begotten son, Jesus Christ. God made a way! He sacrificed his only son, for "you"! That's how much he Loves you. ROMANS 6:23 kjv For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. Here's the GOOD NEWS, (THE GOSPEL) Jesus took your sins and paid your sin debt in full. He took all your sins, past, present and future, to the Cross, shed his Blood and literally DIED for your sins, was buried and then God raised him from the dead three days later. Anyone who believes in the finished work of Jesus Christ will be Saved. That's THE GOSPEL (which means GOOD NEWS). 1 CORINTHIANS 15:1-4 kjv 15 Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; 2 By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. 3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; 4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures. He paid the price so you don't have to. Jesus is the ONLY ONE who could. He is the ONLY WAY. JOHN 14:6 kjv 6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. God gives you, all of us, this "GIFT", because he Loves you. How much does God Love you? Well, let me ask you this: "Could you sacrifice your only child?" That is exactly what our Heavenly Father did. He gave (sacrificed) his only begotten son, Jesus, for "you", for the "WHOLE WORLD"! JOHN 3:16-18 kjv 16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. 18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. Please, don't let Gods "sacrifice" (for you) be in vain. Jesus "died" for you. Please "Live" (eternally) for him.
i believe they're scripted...no way the person leaves his stuff like that in the living room, on top of that...where's the dust??? this stuff should be super dusty.
The contents of this house needs to be saved!!! Collectors watching this are jumping out of their skin right now!!! I can’t believe how dry the interior of the house appears to be for being abandoned so long!
there is absolutely no way there's just an open house full of vintage toys and etc that nobody has any claim over, how did the guys who made the video even come across this place? It's all fake, if you think these guys just found a treasure trove of artifacts and are walking around it for no reason you're crazy.
Not only was this man, a toy collector, he evidently was also a devout Catholic. I can tell he was a good man with a very eclectic taste in collectables. All of these items can be sold in an estate sale and funds to go to his estate to got to his heirs, family or even charity. Hoarding is a sign of nostalgia and deep emotional attachment to fond memories.
Hoarding can just as easily be a condition where there is an obsessive need to keep getting things to use later, or you like it. Something suddenly changes. My mother was becoming hoarder and even I was bad about it as I didn't care about cleaning so, more and more she got worse, I got worse. she didnt' care. my room was bad, the room with thedryer was half hoarded. the back half was unusable and the front half had a lot ont hte floor. Tables covered.. Stuff in bags behind couch and on cough. thrown in the side room (before my dad moved in and forced a cleanup, even with them divorced.) Dishes piled high. No one cared. I got my life better on track with therapy and medicine. She didn't. Our shed was completely the side of nearly a doublewide trailer and full of random stuff. Don't assume it was just nostalgia and deep emotional attatchment, please. Many people need help. They also said in the video animals have gotten to most of it, there are maggots and feces. Someone might want to take the time to clean it for themselves (or open the packaging for something to display) and it would be fine, but selling them even after cleaning the outsides?....eh...
@@KibaUrufuHoarding and Collecting are to me two entirely separate things or ideas. For me the hoarders I've seen have kept garbage, trash, moldy food and other items with no value to anyone BUT that person, where as collectors keep specific items and as said specific memories that are important and have impacted their lives. I may be wrong. Maybe my collections of Hot Wheels, Marvel Legends, and Star Wars action figures have made me a plastic and Die-Cast hoarder?
@@EdsterIIIthe hoarding mental illness comes in two types: the hoarding as described by the boy which occurs in his mother's house; and the collector: this one also accumulates but we don't see dirt. everything is organized and cataloged by the person but it is clear that at some point it is not nostalgic but a mental disorder. I understood your comment and I agree in parts. the beginning of this owner may have been nostalgia and over time it turned into accumulation.
Yes, you are a hoarder and so am I. You don’t need to be a disgusting hoarder to be a “hoarder.” There are neat-freak hoarders who keep everything organized but still I am a horde and so are you lol. There comes a time when you acquire too much, just for the sake of acquiring and then at that point it’s time to move on and sell off a portion of it. But chances are you probably have way too many marvel legends or hot wheels than you actually want or need.
@@MrDream-zm1pwI agree with you, I’m in the neat freak hoarder category, I hate when people label hoarders as disgusting, lazy and dirty. There are collectibles and memories some people like to keep.
interesting to come back here now that the place is no more. it was recently sold in september and cleared out. everything that had not yet been stolen was tossed into dumpsters and hauled away. over the past two years of this place being known to explorers, nearly hundreds of people have been here, and have taken anything of value. the house will either be torn down and the land sold (its like 1.5 acres in a neighborhood that normally only has 0.5 acre lots) or the house renovated (doubtful). Thank you Dev for having this video up, it will now live on as a memory of the house that no longer is.
Anybody else get a little stressed at how they were just moving the comics around, dropping the boxes, and stepping on things? Devaluing items as we watched.
most of them had mold and crap..... friend got a storage locker from a family owned toy store. He still made money off of it but a lot stuff was yellowed several of the toy boxes had mold and rot on them
Some of those toys were produced within the last five to ten years. If the owner passed away in 2005 as you say, someone else has been adding to the collection since then. Cool video.
What is really frightening is just how easy a collection can get out of hand, my father sold off his main business in the early 80s and all his remaining equipment was put in the first floor apartment where it sits to this day. Family can't agree on what to get rid of or who gets which items. (All kinds of Coney island items ) top it off with my comic collection (approx85,000), a ton of Mopar parts for numerous car restorations and everything else that we all collected overtime... Now my own grown kids don't want to set foot inside that house, neither apartment collects rent, bills have to be paid and siblings just keep storing there own collections in different parts of the house. Just goes to show how even the best intentions could go south. Even selling on Feebay for over 20 years now barely made a dent in my own collection. To properly sort and liquidate that house in the video Will be a major undertaking.
@@salookie8000It's NOT wasted. Not at all. Those items meant a great deal to someone at one point in time. They treasured these items and they had a special meaning to them. Collections are never a waste to somebody. Some people may see it as a waste but those of us who grew up with these items, played with these items, watched them on television shows, we love these toys. They mean more than just waste or trash. They are living history and a vital part of our lives or someone's life.
I'm surprised all that stuff has not been stolen. I'm not even sure it's theft if no one owns it anymore, and no one is there to claim it, did he have no family, very sad
Some of you need to relax in the comment section, clearly his own family didn’t care about the stuff or they would’ve done something with it. Don’t accuse someone of stealing when you truthfully have no idea. Devon is very respectful in his videos, he’s gone and cleaned up abandoned and vandalized places. You people are just jealous you didn’t come across it and you know you would’ve stolen the stuff
I read an article on the New York Post about this and it both blew my mind and made me really sad. The owner was a legend man. This is just… wow. Let’s get this place made into a historic site- the collection alone should make that possible. Holy crap man that’s insane.
Historic bio hazard...do u know how filthy that place is and everything in it is SOAKED beyond fixing with roach urine and rat feces. One item from that cesspool would stink your entire room up
I couldn't even finish watching this video. The amount of dissrespect for this persons valubles just makes me sick. You said he has kids, well then get them in touch with their inheritance.
This was a very fascinating experience to see. This man that collected all of this stuff and toys, probably had big plans for it. But you don't live forever even though we try. This man did not have a will or it may have been contested or money owed to debt. I'm sure he was waiting for the collections to have more value, and his time just ran out. What a waste! Anyway, Thank you guys for the opportunity to see this place. You rock!
That marvel world boardgame you left to rot away, is worth thousands complete in decent condition like that! Its one of the rarest boardgames you can find, Its a collectors dream to own it! If it was me I wouldnt have uploaded this video!
Love the respect you had by not giving any location information. I'm 53 and some of those toys and comics... damn they took me back! This was an awesome explore. Thank you!
I found the location just by different information he divulged. Another commenter read an article on the owner. Trust me if you know how to do a litte investigating and you have urbexed before, you can find these locations. Even a random person can. It’s why it makes me sad these are on UA-cam now. I explored back in the day before youtube, before it was called urbex, when it was for fun and nobody trashed and stole anything after we went in there. No one was vying for locations to make videos for clicks and views. I see so many of these places getting trashed within months of one “explorer” going into them. Often with $hit stolen. It just sucks for the respectable urbexers like him . When 20 “explorers” are in it for money, destruction and malicious intent.
I feel as tho the little voice in my head is being encouraged! I know its not a good idea to explore abandoned homes without permission but it’s sooo tempting!!!
I just want to say buddy if your going to go in a person's house and dig like that please just dont step on it and grab it like a toddler there could be one book under your foot worth 180,000 bucks no way of knowing whats in their and what you and him damaged just by going through the pile of books like you did. Enough with hating on you for the lack luster of care but still love watching the walk through one of the things I live doing is walking in a abandoned house before its been ram sacked
Hi Devin, coming from someone who had to move out of a repossessed house and lost a ton of their childhood books and toys, I really appreciate how you take time to respect and admire the house and its belongings. If someone took a video like this of my childhood home I would be overjoyed to see it!
You would think at least one of his five children would salvage all of that? Maybe tried before, but got overwhelmed? and now the decay of the home, too. Yes, hopefully good thing's can come about with rare toy's like that+
We have been moving it as fast as we can. We don't live in the same city. These guys just break into houses and family members have no idea they are in there. The police have been contacted. There is also abestos in the home so we have to suit up to go in.
A team really needs to go through this house and save what can be sold and trash the rest. The house looks like it's in perfectly good condition for the most part.
Most hoarders hoard garbage. At least this guy stored stuff of value. He may have had a collectables store at one time, and when it closed, he stored the stuff in his house.
That is not a hoarder. This house is most likely tied up in court. When they come across this video, there will be police involved for sure. One of my favorite UA-camrs went to jail for less than what I saw in this video. Since 2020 too many people have flooded youtube. Too many doing the same thing, most have no respect for what they are looking at and have no knowledge about the buildings, or history. Just want to make big $$$. I know a couple of UA-camrs that spray paint and break things and tell everyone they only leave footprints. In this case, footprints are going way too far.
Most of that stuff has zero collectible value tbh. There might be some money in the comics, depending on what print edition they are. Imo, this guy had a buying compulsion in addition to being a hoarder.
@@EXTEZZEE I get you may be upset to see him rummaging through a lot of valuables, but the chances of someone coming to rescue this stuff is low. At least he's giving life to what's left behind by showing it to us. Within a few years, this house will become more decayed and all of this stuff will likely become ruined with water damage and mold. This house has been sitting like this for so many years and if it's tied up in court, it probably will be until it's too late. I have family who are fighting over a deceased relatives bank account and they have been doing so for about 30 years. That kind of battle can go on forever, sadly. Everything in the house will be destroyed sooner or later. He definitely could have been more careful with stepping all over stuff, but he's not trying to be disrespectful.

Lots of nice things there but if this is an abandoned house how did they get in? Break and enter is not legal. Where is this guys family? Not a lot of care taken when handling items
I want to buy this house as-is and restore it back to its former glory. Hard to believe but if he had 6 kids, this place may be still in probate court. Sad. And you and your friend stepping on things worth money….OMG. Incredible house!
I’ve been collecting comics and toys for over 40 years. Keen eyes will notice some old comic retailer bags from the 80’s (featuring Marvel Masterworks) as well as Batman: Vengeance of Bane #1 (1st appearance of Bane) and Thor #337 (1st Appearance of Beta Ray Bill but the real treasure I saw is the Amsco MARVEL WORLD ADVENTURE PLAYSET towards the end of the video in the upstairs. It appears to be displayed on its original box. That piece alone is a grail with high grade complete boxed examples selling for thousands of dollars. Honorable mention to the box with the toy guns…that box was filled with Marvel and DC oversized treasury editions! Not terribly valuable but still pretty neat.
This is the proof that when you leave this world the materials you have, will be left here in this world and you cannot take them with you. Better do good things my friends.
This home would be so much fun to clean out. There is just so much to see. There may not be items that are worth alot of money but there are collectors that would still buy many of those items. There is so many unseen items that may be buried within those rooms that may be worth alot. Pretty cool find!
I spotted a Wonder Woman movie doll so this house was abandoned pretty recently despite the toy store owner dying in 2005. I’m assuming the family kept his shop up for many more years until a few years ago. It’s sad because it looks like the family did just used this house as storage after the shop closed. As a toy/ comic collector there are a few items that can go up for a good price. The highest item worth $150. The amount of food is quite shocking. So in about five years this house became a toy storage and a food dump so fast. I hope the family does try to sell off the collectibles. They at least deserve a good home for a caring collector. This just made me put in my will to instruct what my family should do with my collection when I pass.
I showed my husband your explore as I’ve been a huge fan of you and urbex and chill for many years! The next day your NY POST article came across his news feed!! Congrats that’s very cool. 👍👍 you guys are the best!! I truly hope the integrity is preserved and the family can someday do what they need to do with the contents in a stress free way so that they might recoup some $$ while respectful collectors enjoy these items safely.
Wherever this house is located somebody needs to get in touch with the adult children of this man who owned this home to see if they would be willing to sell those collectibles and comics they don't deserve to just stay in a house and rot also i would think that the family of this man would want family photos and personal items that belonged to their dad i know i would if stuff belonged to my dad.
It is sad to see all that stuff left behind. A lot of those things remind me of my childhood. That place is a gold mine for collectors. If the stuff has value for the comics and toys.

@@CarlyCatharsisflea markets have become just as bad as eBay these days. So many people believe that just because a toy is older it must be worth something. This is especially true when it comes to Hot Wheels and Matchbox diecast. I see so many that are worth only a buck or two with asking prices of $20 on them.
Wow, crazy to see all those rotting away, some cool stuff in there. But someone has been adding to it if he passed away in 2005, that Thor toy is from around 2010/2011 at earliest.
As a person who is into comics and stuff I can tell you some of the comics in there are worth very little but I did see one that was about $25 . As for the toys some of that is worth hundreds and some of that stuff I have in my collection. The Addams family cereal is from 1991 the year the movie came out . Some of the art on the walls is also worth a lot of money . It's clear that guy had some kind of mental breakdown and that triggered his need to hoard . If the family knows about that place they need to hire someone to get in there and clean up and inventory that stuff before the wild animals or mold destroys it .
I would offer to clean the place up for content if family members still own it. If back taxes are owed one can buy the house as is for back taxes. Would have to figure out if house is worth it and fixable for value. I do know we bought the Scooby Doo van last year for Grandson and paid $54 dollars.
My son would lose his mind in the house. He's a collector and collects pretty much all of that kind of stuff. He literally has boxes and boxes stacked to the ceiling with Comic Books alone. He has rubber maid containers filled ith collectable toys from the 80s up. He has rare books, comics, toys, you name it, he has it and if he saw that pile of toys and other things he'd spend hours picking through it for the undamaged items. It's such a shame because every time someone goes into the house and walks on these collectables and damages the boxes, or book covers it devalues them. How could they just dump all of it all over the house? I don't think this guy was a hoarder, I think he owned a Collectable Toy and Comic Book store and when he died they just cleaned it out and dumped it in the house for his family to sort out. So sad and tragic. Did they not know what they had there? And the house is huge and filled with beautiful art and antiques. The house is pretty much a gold mine waiting to be discovered by the right people. Come to think about it, you're like the Indiana Jones of abandoned houses filled ith untold riches. hahaha
Hmm I hear that you mentioned the owner of this house passed away in 2005 but many figures/collectibles I spotted during your video were made as late as around the mid 2010s so I'm wondering if anyone in the family had picked up the collecting?
I agree. The Scooby van toy that had the Walmart clearance sticker is from recent years, way less than 15 years, more like less than 5. Walmart changed it's clearance tags to the one on that toy not many years ago and have altered them very little since then. Just my thoughts, but a lot of the items in this house looks newer. Even some of the food looks way less than 15 years old. I can't believe there hasn't been more mice issues and the like all over this house. Good video though.
Wow out of all the rooms in that house and the garage is the cleanest, that’s usually the one that goes first! I had a friend in high school who’s parents house was just like that and they still live there, I don’t know if they cleaned it up but they would go to auctions but things and throw it in a pile in the house, there was only a single path to get through the house, people really do live like this and it’s crazy!
That Beetlejuice cookie jar was pretty neat. I liked the patriotic wallpaper and the wall mural as well. I also appreciated the Scooby Doo memorabilia. I noticed a RoboCop action figure that I wish you had picked up for closer inspection. Thanks for the tour!
Looking at the Kaybee toys stickers makes me think of all the companies and stores that are gone now , it's incredible what's went out of business since I left high school in the late 90's
While the collectibles and action figures might fetch $$ on eBay or collectible sites, the comics are worthless from what I've seen. I was a huge collector in the 80s-90s and recognize many of the comic books shown. Fantastic video. One of the best, if not THE best exploration videos you have done.
Sorry to burst some bubbles, most everything I saw had minimal collector value. A few toys were desirable, all comics I saw you can find for $2-$5 in back issue bins all over America. The stiff in this house is barely worth the labor cost to remove and sell it. I'm a collector of these things, but having lived with a hoarder, I'd pass on this and go straight to the corner bar for a beer. The low valued common 90s junk isn't worth the stress and emotional anxiety of dealing with a hoarders pile. Shudder.
There was a box top from a 1970's Shogun Warriors Godzilla and possibly a Mazinga Shogun Warrior in one of the closets if the rest of the box and the actual Godzilla figure are there those go for crazy money these days.
@@SkyGod1964well I'd say I have come into hoards like this before as a building conrractor. Thought I could make a lot of money off the stuff on top of the job. Nope. It's exactly what the commenter said. Frustrating, stressful, and totally a waste of time.
I'm a huge collector and a lot of this stuff is newer but that's still. But it's also so sad to see you walking through their you need to have someone with you that has some of the stuff there is garbage but a few things that I saw you grab is treasure.
Omg im late to the show but being a vintage toy collector this video nearly made me cry 😢 lol what an amazing location. Im going to guess since this video dropped the place has been raided by collectors and emptied out.
Either this guy didn't die in 2005 or someone else has been putting stuff in the house - half of the crap you're showing was released from 2006 - 2018.

No way…this is a sign that the house maintenance is in neglect. The owner would high ball the toy enthusiast buyer then move it all out then find out how much decay and rats are in home.
It is clear to me that the owner did not live under these cluttered conditions. The family cleared what was left out of the store and put it in the house to rot away. They do not care about any of it. I have bought and sold vintage toys and games over the last 26 years and it is terrible to let this stuff go to waste. If this were me I would do everything in my power to get a hold of the family and somehow buy and preserve this guys legacy.
What an amazing home and filled with Millions of dollars in toys, comic books, jewelry, vintage furniture, etc.! Oh how I would love to be hired to do the cleanout on this property♥ Thanks for a fabulous trip through the toy store♥
Also if family gets wind of all treasures inside they can sell or auction it off and live very comfortably and possibly dump sum money into restoration of the house keep the house within the family.

Wow, awesome explore. Just my guess but this guy was OCD for sure but kept it together for most of his life. Most likely a family member passed away, probably his wife. Then his compulsion went out of control and he just filled the place, top to bottom. You can tell the house was nice and neat at one time. He didn’t even move things like his kids belongings before he started really hoarding. If he was that OCD I would say his kids probably had a miserable childhood which may be why none of them have gone through the house. Just my opinion. I know the urban explorers philosophy is “take only pictures, leave only footprints “ but with this house I would make an exception. I’d rather see someone cart it all away and sell it at a flea market than have it rot away but that’s just me. I respect your integrity. BTW even though you were super careful something in your video gave away the state and region the house is in. I won’t give it away. Again, probably one of the best explores I’ve watched. Thanks!

It looks like you had the original parents and one of his kids lived with them. The parents died and the son let things spiral. Maybe he had a store or worked at a KB, but by the age of some things he was alive until the start of covid. So the parents passed earlier but a son was living there until 2018

So much stuff just sitting there
But yeah real bad to see such old collector items seeing stepped on

Surprised the owners kids didnt catch you guys in the house but they dont come by there very often. The kids saved their dads collection after he passed.

Must have loved his store more than his house
Must have been really hard on him to see it go.
ROMANS 6:23 kjv
For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
1 CORINTHIANS 15:1-4 kjv
15 Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;
2 By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.
3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;
4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures.
He paid the price so you don't have to. Jesus is the ONLY ONE who could. He is the ONLY WAY.
JOHN 14:6 kjv
6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
JOHN 3:16-18 kjv
16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

I’m dying to know where the family is. At one time this was a happy place. Breaks my heart.
So sad I agree

That's a good observation, I think a family member might be just using the he hous to pile things in.
He knew Neo's name, but he didn't see Trinity's name that was on the box😂😂
@@Cheetoluv Why does it have to be for content? Won't do it just to be a nice person?
Greed and clout. lol
The worst part is the house will decay and fall into disrepair. The ceiling will eventually leak ruining everything
While the collectibles and action figures might fetch $$ on eBay or collectible sites, the comics are worthless from what I've seen. I was a huge collector in the 80s-90s and recognize many of the comic books shown.
Fantastic video. One of the best, if not THE best exploration videos you have done.
Yes, the vast majority of those comics are mid-grade, mishandled common 80s and 90s books.
There were some good keys in there.
The Michelangelo is the real deal hanging up in that house
Sorry to burst some bubbles, most everything I saw had minimal collector value. A few toys were desirable, all comics I saw you can find for $2-$5 in back issue bins all over America. The stiff in this house is barely worth the labor cost to remove and sell it. I'm a collector of these things, but having lived with a hoarder, I'd pass on this and go straight to the corner bar for a beer. The low valued common 90s junk isn't worth the stress and emotional anxiety of dealing with a hoarders pile. Shudder.
Value of an item is very subjective. Who died and made you the expert. Pfffttttt!
There was a box top from a 1970's Shogun Warriors Godzilla and possibly a Mazinga Shogun Warrior in one of the closets if the rest of the box and the actual Godzilla figure are there those go for crazy money these days.
Dude your dumb. $50-500 value items all over in there
@@SkyGod1964well I'd say I have come into hoards like this before as a building conrractor. Thought I could make a lot of money off the stuff on top of the job. Nope. It's exactly what the commenter said. Frustrating, stressful, and totally a waste of time.
We see only what’s on top, who knows what comics are underneath for example.
Such a great find despite its condition. You could spend weeks looking at everything in it 😮
Either this guy didn't die in 2005 or someone else has been putting stuff in the house - half of the crap you're showing was released from 2006 - 2018.
Its amazing what can be left behind and their family and friends don't cares to take it or sell it! And it hasn't been looted either, crazy!

Rarity?!! 😲
Someone needs to try to buy this house just for the stuff inside. 😮
No way…this is a sign that the house maintenance is in neglect. The owner would high ball the toy enthusiast buyer then move it all out then find out how much decay and rats are in home.
@13:55 there is a spaceship Yamamoto in the background if that is inside the box I believe that’s a $5000 toy item
Wonderful how there's absolutely NO DUST anywhere. This couldn't be FAKER.
I’m surprised by the fact that just a few people noticed it
And no Bugs
i wish i had over 200 vans and come back there and take everything unopened
I wish I was there I'd buy that house in a heart beat
Also if family gets wind of all treasures inside they can sell or auction it off and live very comfortably and possibly dump sum money into restoration of the house keep the house within the family.
The disrespect shown to the comic books was infuriating.
(I have nothing positive to add)
I would absolutely take some of that stuff home.
which makes you- a colossal schmuck...
The green lantern “corps” is pronounced as “core” as in Marine Corps pronounced as Marine core. Not as a dead body corpse. 😮Awesome find bro thank you
This video felt like a trip down memory lane. My favorite pop tart is brown sugar. I wonder if any family members will come by to claim some of the things left behind.
I hate when People walk in a Lost Place to steal something from there.
But when i see something like this ill getting Crazy about.
If someone would take something with i would understand because its a Treasure and we have to Rescue this History of Toys and all the Comic Stuff wow.
Its a Paradies for Collectors.
Thanks for showing.
This was a hard one to watch. I want to clean out this house soooo bad! So many cool things in there. Someone should offer the bank or whoever owns it now a flat amount & then clean it out & donate & sell everything they can. I even love some of the furniture in there. Takes me back. I hope someone does something with it soon. I almost couldn’t finish watching because seeing everything in there. I want to save it all! 😂🤪🤪
🤗🤗
There's chairs and a bar. That must be where they sat and ate. W0W did not know
Such a brilliant explore, as a collector of vintage and modern toys/collectibles myself and a big fan of your work, I could not believe some of the stuff I was seeing in this house! I just hope for the property owner that the place is kept under raps from thieves and disrespectful people! Top explore tho dude, always appreciate the videos! ✌🏻🙌🏻🔥
💯% EXACTLY with You!!
I see so many items of value in that house that place is a goldmine. Sad to see them rotting away.
I am insanely jealous of you for getting to go through that house. That’s a goddamn treasure trove for me
More like plastic junk for some normal men. God is supreme!!
but go there than and take it
@@StrawberryCream78 absoLukely! I’d back a uhaul right up to the front door
Where is it illl go tomorrow
That's an easy money flip fr 😂 easy sports car fr 😂
Somebody please save this stuff
Enjoyed the video. Glad you were able to see it all before someone steals it 👍
As a KISS fan i literally just died watching this.
Thank you for being such wonderful and respectful explorers. I absolutely adore these kinds of videos you do and it fills me with such joy to be able to watch them super high res, thank you again for all the amazing work you do
Thank you for your equally thoughtful words !
@@DarkExploration Did you end up exploring the terrifying basement? I've never seen such haunted looking set of stairs lol
@AbrahamLure I actually didn't end up going down. It smelt like water damage and the stairs were soggy so I thought it was not worth it. Definitely nightmare fuel 😂

It's always eerie to see old pictures sitting around of the people that lived in these houses! Like a ghost.
Thanks!
This is what a see in my dream while I was a kid
So respectful! I really wish more people had the integrity you do when doing these explorations. Well done!
Aww! I want it all. It's so cool.
I 100% fully recommend this channel to anyone who into some hidden treasure. This guy deserved that 500k subs. Let's a go!
no he doesn't this is highly illegal. The damages he doing to the vintage items. These urban explorer are known for valadalism and thrift off camera. See other videos and watch the news.
As a collector im seeing so much i would love to just grab abd bring home 😂 so much goodness
The furniture is so pretty. I’m confused as to who gets all the stuff and how you guys were able to get inside.
This house would be awesome to go through
It looks like you had the original parents and one of his kids lived with them. The parents died and the son let things spiral. Maybe he had a store or worked at a KB, but by the age of some things he was alive until the start of covid. So the parents passed earlier but a son was living there until 2018
As a lover of everything vintage I am hated the sound of the guys walking over everything 😳
35:29 There's a vintage Star Wars Empire Strikes Back AT-AT box buried there. I'd be checking that to see if it's still sealed. If it is it's worth a fortune.
That painting hanging up is believed to be a MichaelAngelo
I'm speechless! I am surprised his family and relatives did not claim his possessions
They are rich and live in California they left years ago
I"d be in heaven looking through all that stuff!!
