- This is a lovely piece of kit. It is machined in Delrin by Matt. It is light, effective and I think it enhances the look of the gun without ruining the handling.

Nice sales pitch but it takes away the good looks of the gun, extends the length which of course defeats the object of buying a carbine & doesn't quieten much at all. I wouldn't bother with it.

How to remove the moderator inserted into the Air Arms TX200 rifle? Version Hunter Carbine.
It’s just a plastic insert which is easily unscrewed with anything that fits the slot. You must be one of those people that calls a handyman to change a broken light bulb.

Do you think the TX200 is better then the HW97k.

It’s personal preference really. Though I kind of wished I’d have bought the hw97k, mostly because of the lack of anti-bear trap button and the better(imho) cocking arm release.
Hi, I'm subscriber and I recently purchased TX200 HC in .22 with Air Arms mod and V-Mach stage 2 kit fitted and I've now just the same model TX200 HC but in .177 calibre with the Matt W mod . I've bought this rifle as a project ( it's in very good order) but I'd like to tune it , do you have preference as to which is the best drop in tuning kit ( for hunting) . Regards Alan

I have made ones for the HW97K, but you need a 1/2" UNF Endcap adaptor.
