Happy Father's Day everyone! Hope you enjoy today's Kyoto vlog. Sorry about some of the audio, camera mics aren't great. Thanks for watching and have an awesome holiday! :)
Hi Julius and Brittani So beautiful I want to go on the hello kitty fast train. Loved the garden's so peaceful and very carming, loved the light shows, hope your wish comes true. Lot's of beautiful things at the Pokemon shop. 😀😍💖💙👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
6:17 that not a make up pouch it's where you put your Japanese stamp signature seal inside the bag is a stamp pad it's always red in color which it a authentic signature from the stamp seal there a vending machine you can make your own stamp seal which has variety to choose from for your signature stamp
Absolutely beautiful video and while cold for you thank you both for sharing such a wonderful experience with all of us! The temple must have been amazing, and getting to experience such a beautiful festival must have been great as well.
This vlog was really awesome :) The garden of the temple looked very beaufiful. I feel like travel vlogs really suit you guys 😊 The outro was much more relaxed than usual, I'm glad you showed us something outside of Tokuo.
16:00 Those are raindrop cakes! (Even though they aren’t made of flour and stuff) They are a very traditional treat in japan and usually eaten during spring.
Watching your Japan trip videos is really making me want to go to Japan even more now!! I can't wait for the day that I can travel there with friends, a loved one, or even by myself.
my compliments for your steady filming skills :D. I watch some other vlogs as well, of other people and they move so wildly all over the place sometimes, i get motion sick or somthing. Lovely vlog btw :D.
oh man, the shinkansen holds so many memories. when i went, we were travelling to kyoto from tokyo too and i had a was sitting in the middle of two men so i couldn't move and one of them SNEEZED ON ME. i couldn't move because i was too scared to ask the guy closest to the aisle to get out, so i had to sit until he got off. i will definitely remember japan forever.
I know right?? We couldn't even get decent footage of half of it - the market was jam packed with people that day! So basically multiple what you saw by like 10 XD
Love your Japan videos always discover something new each time you upload a video enjoyed learning new things every time lots of love and abundance good health
I love that long hall lined with shops!!! I would have got shrimp 🍤 LOOOOOVE shrimp!!!! That was soooooo cute seeing the kids singing!!!! I LOVE the architecture there!!!!! So beautiful all around that Temple! Those trees! Wow!! I love this video SOOOOOOO much!!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! I have always wanted to see it over there and I know I will never be able to go so this video MADE MY NIGHT!!!! 💜😊😀😊😀😊💜
I just came back from 2 weeks in Japan, I can see why you're addicted to going back! I feel "homesick" and wanna go back already 😭 I wish USA was like Japan, never ending of things to do in Japan, you can never be bored like you do here trying to find things to do & ending up staying home or something lame😝
The case with the circle thing in it was a stamp thing. The circle is ink and you keep ur personal stamp in it. ^-^ thanks for the awesome videos! Definitely need to add that to my Kyoto list. Kyoto is my favourite city in japan. It's so beautiful.
Kyoto was great in November versus in June. It was so hot there in Kyoto in June that we couldn’t really enjoy it. The scenery in the temples of Kyoto were amazing even at night.
The pouch thing with the red stuff in it is actually a stamp case. Many people here in Asia have a name stamp for official documents, instead of signing papers we stamp them. The red phase is so to say the ink for the (usually ) marble stamp 😊 I don’t know about japan but here in Korea we only can make official stamps in special offices, everything else is rather tourist or unofficial stamps that are not valid on documents
I feel you with the 3 hour ride! If I want to go a 70 min car ride but by bus, to Atlantic City it's 2 and a half hours. The route I use has so many stops ...
I'm not 100%sure but the tiny purse thingy you thought was for makeup, looks like its a holder for Japanese company stamps (when you own a company in Japan you have to have a special stamp for stamping documents) this is what I have her and what I'm guessing its for
Been loving this little series great video as always. Just curious what kind of camera do you use to record? Thanks in advance and keep up the good work! ✌️
I absolutely love that you guys share your experiences thank you so much, channels like yours is the reason its driven me to do the same 😁 i do have one question tho, do you get vaccinated before you travel to places like japan? I was wondering because i am from the UK and will be travelling to tokyo next year 😃 Thank you.
Thank you so much Shawnee! We haven't had to bring vaccination records or anything like that for our three Japan trips, but it might vary by country? We know a fair bit about traveling there but not that, unfortunately!
@@TheCraneCouple you guys need to get someone to help make a crane couple mini game and maybe inside the crane game could be mini plushies of you two as the prizes.
Is it just me or do y’all wonder what the boy that Britney is with name is like what is his name and don’t like I’m new bc I have watched them for two years already
Google translation is helps and many speak English or some... Also using gestures & pointing helps too😉I was worried about that too but if they can do it, I can do it, all tourist can too!
Not October.. would be March since that is when the new location opened. Heh, I'm going in October too but at the end. Probably won't get as cold as northern countries.
Happy Father's Day everyone! Hope you enjoy today's Kyoto vlog. Sorry about some of the audio, camera mics aren't great. Thanks for watching and have an awesome holiday! :)

Oh man, if only we knew at the time! Sounds really cool :o
@@TheCraneCouple You should def make your own custom seal of the Crane Couple and use it to stamp-sign all your letters/postcards! :D
I know this is an arcade channel, but I love this kind of vlog, full of interesting things and delicious food
The little case with the red ink is a hanko case! Hanko is a personalized stamp/seal used to sign official documents in Japan!
That's super cool! Wish we had picked one up :D
haha omg i thought it was a security dot for thieves XD. Thanks for the info :D
Japan is so beautiful, thank you again TCC for bringing us along for the journey. Definitely on my bucket list now!
It was our pleasure Cory, thanks for helping make all this happen!
I love the fact that Julius appreciates cuteness (no wonder he is with Brittani 😉)
Absolutely beautiful video and while cold for you thank you both for sharing such a wonderful experience with all of us! The temple must have been amazing, and getting to experience such a beautiful festival must have been great as well.

I’m living vicariously through y’all until my boyfriend and I can afford to go to Japan. 😂 We have a goal of 2022.
That was beautiful and peaceful looking!
Beautifully done video as always. Thanks for taking me along on your trip.
You're very welcome Mary, thanks for coming along!

Technically the bento you buy at a station to eat on the train ride is called an ekiben.
Thank you for this very satisfying video!
Makes sense! Somehow bento tastes better when you eat it on the train too ;D
Beautiful temples! Amazing video as always!

Eeeeeehhhh we can't imagine what it felt like in summer XD November though... the cool crisp air must have been fantastic!
Such fun and beauty!!!
Glad you enjoyed it Caprice!
A huge thank you to everyone that made the Japan couple trip possible!
the little pocket with the red stuff is a stamp holder and it comes with free ink to use with your family stamp or business stamp.
Love the music you chose for the B tracks!
I miss you two!! I really hope you guys are doing well! I'll be watching old videos anticipating the next new one!
That temple once in a lifetime opportunity there.

Eeeeeeeee succulents!!!
Mmmmm food. Especialy the cherry blossom and chestnut ones. * drools*
Daaawwwwww pokeymans ♡♡♡
Everything was soooooo good at the market!!
Brittani and Julius what a amezing culture video 🌺 totaly impressed!
Wow those Pikachu were VERY reasonably priced for exclusive merch! Even 2 would be less than 50 dollars. I'd pay 40 just for the girl one.
Yes indeed! Now some of the other stuff... not so much XD But that didn't stop people from buying it all up!
On our last trip, I dreaded the Pokémon centers. They made me feel so poor hahaha so many items I wanna buy, not enough money 😂
BTW, that small thing had an ink stamper in it!
That's us every time XD We didn't buy too much during this trip, thankfully!
Yay new japan vid. So jealous I've always wanted to visit japan.
Also that pokemon card is awesome! I love pokemon cards lol.
Thanks Heather! Japan is definitely worth the visit - not cheap, but worth every penny!!
@@TheCraneCouple IF i ever get the money gonna go for sure.

I'm not 100%sure but the tiny purse thingy you thought was for makeup, looks like its a holder for Japanese company stamps (when you own a company in Japan you have to have a special stamp for stamping documents) this is what I have her and what I'm guessing its for

What a fun vid. Man I wish I could go there I would be so broke lol. 👋👋👋👋👋
That girl Pikachu is so stinkin adorable! I just saw Detective Pikachu the other day, so I've got pikas on the brain, haha.
Been loving this little series great video as always. Just curious what kind of camera do you use to record? Thanks in advance and keep up the good work! ✌️
6:21 that is a pouch where you place your stamp. Similar to your signature.
Hello I love this video so much
Thank you very much Wolfie!
Curse you two! That's two more places added to my list of places to visit whilst in Kyoto! Haha

Only in "3rd world countries" they require it usually or places with a lot of forestry but not Japan
@@ambivalent1 ah thank you 😁

You guys made me want to go to Pokémon center in Singapore so badly 😂 but it is always very crowded...
Lol! We've never been to a Pokemon Center that isn't packed with people XD Always worth a visit though!
You inspired me and I shall visit it soon! 🤣🤣🤣
Where in kyoto did the new Pokémon centre open ? I think I found it is it in the 10th floor takashimya store ?
Kyoto economy center, 7th floor (according to official site)
That small purse with the red ink was for the special stamp signatures they have. I can't remember what they are called.
It was really cute!

The "make up thing" is case for Inkan or Hanko. Your personal seal to sign documents.
Did you say that this was October? I will be traveling to Kyoto in October this year so I was trying to find out just how cold it actually is
Not October.. would be March since that is when the new location opened.
Heh, I'm going in October too but at the end. Probably won't get as cold as northern countries.
I never look at the prices of what I buy. I always buy things that I like and appear unique.
Where is the location of this Pokémon centre ?
June 16th is my birthday :)
Eeeeeek!!!!
Hope you enjoyed our video Miranda :D

Drinking game; Drink every time you hear the word cute
LOL!! Best be careful with that game XD
Died in the first five minutes
The highest of fives kitty!
not make-up, it's a chock keeper. Japanese use this instead of business cards. It's a stamp.
That's super neat!!
